This is part of a prophecy for someone who has an intercession ministry with an emphasis to pray for the Moslem world -the rest of the prophecy has been omitted as it is of more of a specific personal nature but I thought this bit might encourage any others praying for the Moslem nations….or wanting to start to pray after they have read this. Please note that this is not about Moslems in general like the many Moslems living in Europe BUT is specifically about the traditional Moslem countries and the people in them. It also may not be the 10/40 window as such (for evangelist/missionary purists) but it is the traditional Moslem World in terms of the actual nations.

To put it into context, this included bit of the prophecy was a footnote to the main body of the prophecy and was comparing past times to encourage for these present times. It is comparing the spiritual atmosphere in 2006/2007 with another time in 1989 just before a major breakthrough in earthly world structures (the collapse of the Berlin Wall)…and that God was saying NOW, in a similar way, was God’s timing to mobilise prayer for the Moslem World to breakthrough there, just as he mobilised people to pray for the communist countries and broke through there miraculously. He was encouraging the intercessor that although that previously they had been praying a lot in the flesh - striving and getting disapointed - without his timing/mandate that NOW he was giving his mandate to pray in the spirit for this area and that they would see fruit.

“……I am reminded of when God mobilised me (along I am sure with many others) in 1989 to focus my prayers on Romania. He led me to fast and pray specifically for that area – I have always found regular disciplined prayer very hard but he made it easy for me somehow to covenant one hour each day just to pray for Romania and to pray for an hour solid without falling asleep or losing track in that time. It was easy because the Spirit led me and empowered because it was God’s timing for change so they were life-changing and energising prayers. Just a few weeks/months later the ‘impossible’ came about - the Romanian Revolution - and not long after that the Berlin Wall came down. My fasting and prayers had results because I had God’s mandate to pray in his correct timing rather than wasted effort and striving in the wrong timing - I was partnering with God along with many others - and I remember being so encouraged as I was not expecting such quick results. I am telling you all this not to boast or show off how spiritual I am (ha!) but because I see a similarity between those times and now and to encourage you. The Romanian Revolution brought about the ‘collapse’ of communism in the entire Eastern bloc, and NOW I feel these are such times preceding the falling of the ‘walls’ around the Moslem ‘10/40′ window. I see nothing in the physical world to tell me that, but only what I see and sense in my spirit. Spiritual forces are about to be mobilised to bring about huge changes in this area. I think not through revolution though like Romania but rather through disaster that God will allow to happen. I see a huge earthquake or something that causes a massive rupturing across a huge part of the middle of this area, ripping the land open, creating a huge crack literally dividing the nations, and there are tears and pain and much suffering and weeping and the children are homeless and weep for their mothers, but God will use this catastrophe to bring about much needed change to open the area for the gospel. A large physical crack opens this area up as a sign that God will open the area for the gospel. It is a sign and when they see the sign the Christians must go in as the opening will not last for long and will close up again. “
