Shocking news headline: Juanita Bynum & Bishop Thomas Weeks – the real story!

Bishop Thomas Weeks III of Global Destiny Churches may  have beaten up on prophetess Dr Juanita Bynum Weeks and she is showing off the bruising where he allegedly beat and stamped on her. The pictures of her bruising are all across the net. But even more shocking are the revelations of other abuse by Weeks and Bynum perpetuated wilfully on many thousands of innocent Christians.

Bishop Thomas Weeks batters and stamps upon Christians – there is seemingly no end to his greed or who and what he will ill tread on to reach his goal. Juanita Bynum ’chokes’ her followers with her vile seed faith teachings which stick in people’s throat. The shocking picture emerges of faithful church folk who have been bruised and battered by the Bynum-Weeks clan and not even realised it. Those who have considered speaking out about the abuse have been bullied and intimidated into not speaking out by scriptures used totally out of context such as ‘Touch not my anointed’ and ‘judge not lest you be judged.’ The ones who do speak out are cursed by the other victims of the Weeks and Bynum treachary, so blind are these people to the slick two con artist’s greedy self-serving schemes.

There should be far bigger outrage about this than was about Juanita Bynum being attacked – and every sympathy goes out to her if her story is true. But why is there no media coverage of this bigger story though? Thousands more afflicted literally by just two people. Why aren’t the TV channels filming the bruises of the faithful who have been fleeced for their every last cent? Or the dashed hopes of a mother burying her only child who gave everything she had for an ‘anointed’ prayer cloth to heal her child that did not work? Or the family on the verge of losing their home as they were encouraged to give ridiculously beyond their means? The husband on the verge of committing suicide, his faith shattered. This is the true story behind the headlines of the woman prophetess and her estranged husband.

Headline 1: Thousands of women and men bruised by Bishop Weeks.

Headline 2: Bynum chokes ‘em good. Thousands gasping for breath, Single mom says ‘I lost everything because of her.’

God is reported to be furious. He, however, has hopes that both of them will come to their senses and repent.

He has warned his people about them but many do not want to hear – they shoot the messenger instead of taking out their anger on the Weeks and Bynums.

  1. It is terrible what Bishop Weeks has done to his wife. I don’t know anything about Juanita Bynum so I cannot comment on your thoughts about her.

    However, the writer of this article and End Times is no better than these evangelists who are hypocrites deceiving the people. I am shocked that as a so-called Christian, this writer will pass judgement so quickly on both of them. You, dear writer, and End Times fall in the same category of being frauds.

    Because the media always makes more of the violence of one religion against another, than it does for internecine religious violence. Everyone seems willing to talk about intolerance when it is between groups. When it’s within a group, there is a much quicker blind eye.

    Violence and irrationality are to be reviled, regardless of their source (in-group or out-group). That’s why we need to turn away from religion. Not that all violence would stop – but because one of the leading causes of it would be eliminated – a cause based strictly on irrational thought.

  6. Weeks and Bynum are being exposed for who they really are–DONE. Let’s stop using these blogs to speak about them. Let’s take a moment to teach and preach about HIM. There are many people who are caught up in wrong doctrine. Christ and the Apostles gave their lives for the church and we now have a platform to teach babes and those mis-led — the TRUTH about our Lord and Savior. The fact of this matter is: Christ return is soon! Paul said I preach Christ and Him crucified. This is the message of this last hour. We cannot put our trust in man. Our alliegence is to God. We must die to self and sin. We must take up our cross and follow HIM. Many will forfeit their reward because of running after everything and everybody BUT God. God is a jealous God. He alone is worthy of our praise, adoration and faithfulness. He is a rewarder of those that diligently seek HIM. Lord, for every person who blogs a message, put a message on their heart to draw nigh unto you that you may draw nigh unto them in these last and evil days. We know that the suffering of this present time, is not worthy to be compared to the glory that will be revealed in us. Have mercy and give your servants the words to say and who to say it to that YOU might be lifted up. You said Lord; if I be lifted up, I’ll draw all men unto me. We love you Lord, lead us, guide us through this most trying time that it will be for our good and YOUR GLORY!

  9. Gee: it could happen to anyone yes. But if it does we all have a duty to rebuke them, correct them, forgive them and to restore them (if they will be restored) and also warn the flock if it affects them. The flock must always be alerted in the case of a leader falling into sin or decieving.

    ‘Correcting’ or ‘rebuking’ is very differant to ‘judging’. Like I said to Marion, would you just turn a blind eye or ‘pray’ for the robbers robbing your neighbor’s house and just let them get on with it? That would not be godly. And so in this case.

Our sins are just not exposed to the extent of their’s. What would happen if a camera was placed in our homes, in our bedrooms??? Let’s look at this situation as an opportunity to become who
    God has called us to be not to discredit who God has called them to be. This is God’s business, let him handle it!!!! Why would a sinner want to join us in this race.     Arrived? Have I ever said I am perfect? No far from it. Unless you mean that I have arrived at the cross in terms of people crucifying me because they hate to hear the truth which is most certainly true.

    If you read what I have written I make it very clear I acknowledge the work of the cross and the potential work and power of the cross working in both these evil doers, these leaders of masses, lives in the past and/or in the future. Nobody, however wicked is beyond redemption and/or restoration and I call them both to this in order to make things right and be blessed. However I am not going to call black white to satiate your or anybody else’s ears. These people have selfishly fleeced the flock for their own ends and destroyed lives and bank balances in their wake of destruction. Do you not think God is very angry about this?

    What about Weeks and Bynum’s victims, are you standing up for them? Who is save for I and a small minority? Do you not care that a selfish ‘whore’ – for that is exactly what Bynum is, whoring the gospel and the so-called word of the Lord with others in the church in the sidelines as her pimp – who stands at the front of their church insisting the poor, the widows, single moms hand all their money – and more – over to her with lines made up according to how much they will give her (note: not to God) – in order to be ‘blessed’. The money going for a greedy gluttinous self centred lifestyle. Wicked wicked woman. Who can indeed be blessed by such a vile doer who falsely prophecies foul teachings. God will not allow his word to be whored.

    Wake up church! Bynum steals the widows mite and gloats about it as she makes merchandise of the gospel at ridiculous prices. But that’s ok is it with you? ‘Let’s all love one another,’ you say. Who will stand up for these people, her victims? You certainly will not, you selfish, self centred hypocrit! You show them no love and no respect. But that’s OK right, sweep their sins under the rug and shout hallelujah? As long as YOU think you are blessed. Yet you are nothing but a ‘blessed’ hypocrit if you wish to be lied to and cover up the lies for others. Fine, stay a hypocrit but don’t think you are either preaching the gospel or obeying God on this for you are not! God hates injustices and his flock being led astray. I speak up for injustice, you do not.

    Exactly, which is what I have written on here, it is just, you, like so many, do not like the truth and do not recognise it even when he hits you full in the face. Stay in the lies. But stop lying to yourself you are following God on this matter for you most certainly not. I have worded this most strongly because of the amount of religious hypocrisy and self righteousness that is in you. If you wish to serve God then repent of this and humble yourself before his throne that he may lift you up and truly bless you as you have only know man-centred blessings before now.

    just as he hardened the heart of pharao…it is so obvious that we are dealing with sinners, we know, that God hates sinners ! He certainly loved the world (John 3,16) but He hates sinners. A genuinly born-again is saved from sin and loves to avoid sin, evenmore hates sin and is far from committing it intentionally. The Holy Spirit dwelling in us distinctivly unmasks every evildoing, sin and error we are
    in danger to commit.
    Also we are obliged to expose the works of the darkness. Both Bynum and Weeks are workers of the darkness (from their fruits you can see it). Who will not inherit the Kingdom ? Do you know? The love of money is the root of what? Of all evil! It is a pious wish that they should repent. How can somebody repent if he is still lying to himself and the rest of us ? Both have already missed a lot of opportunities to do repent. How many chances do they still need? I am afraid ,they are just mocking God. Bynum -Weeks is an publicly exposed and disgraced example of the scriptural prophesiesed apostasy and lawlessness in the endtimes. We are going to see a lot more of this kind soon.
    In the book of Jeremia the Lord says : do not pray for this people, I will NOT listen to you !!!
    I`D rather like us to pray for those that where misled and deceived by Bynum-Weeks. O Father in Heaven we pray for people that are seeking you, that they will not listen and not follow those who are not your servants. Please fill our lack of wisdom according to your grace.

    According to a person close to both Bishop Thomas and Prophetess Juanita, the couple are undergoing “spiritual counseling” together in an effort to reconcile their marriage. The insider says, “They both need spiritual healing from the Lord, but they’re committed to rebuilding their marriage … Please give them some privacy.
    Bishop Weeks was arrested for beating and stomping Prophetess Juanita in an Atlanta parking lot. Since then, Bishop Weeks has alleged that Juanita physically abused him repeatedly during the course of the marriage.

    But things aren’t over yet. Despite the couple’s apparent reconciliation, criminal charges are still pending against Bishop Weeks.

  33. I am shocked at what some of you are saying and how you are acting. Love covers a multitude of sins. He who hasbeen forgiven much loves much. Jesus said a righteous man may fall seven times but he gets back up. Why are some of you claiming to be mouthpieces for God when; you’re speaking without love in your words. Jesus has taught me through my weaknesses how to forgive myself and most of all others. How can you feel good about throwing other brothers and sisters up on the cross. Jesus hates sin but loves the sinner. He said without love none of these other things matter. Imconcerned that some of you find pleasure in others weaknesses. I’m really bothered that some of you are in spiritual leadership and behaving the way you are. You should be teaching the sheep to love not condemn. There is now therefore no condemnation to those who are in christ Jesus. If you say you have no sin you lie and the truth is not in you. All have sinned and fallen short of the glory.. We will all be being perfected until Jesus comes to take us home. I hope none of you judge me for my imperfections I would have stayed up on the cross in your judgement.

    I love my sons more than anything else in this world – yet if they are naughty I have to tell them off, and sometimes discipline them, or I would not be a good or responsible parent, and my children would grown up into spoilt brats. Love and rebuke is compatible with love, not to mention scriptural. It is unloving not to warn a sinner or one in error – (and of course what about love to those these people steal from, leads astray – who loves them? ). I do not hate any of the people I speak of, nor do I judge or condemn them in the sense you mean, although I hate their sin and errant doctrine and will speak up on it as is my responsibility.

    And as for ‘taking pleasure’ in other people’s weaknesses, you have got to be joking – do you think I find pleasure in millions being fleeced, ripped off and led off the true path, some to Hell? What kind of sicko do you think I am? (I am rather sickened and distraught about the state of the current church and my heart grieves and breaks – and the heresy is relentless – this is the opposite of pleasure. And how do you think God feels?!) Rather the ’sick’ ones are the ones who are caught in the charlatans’ snares OR those who watch on, fold their arms and stay silent and watch their brothers being robbed blind, abused, beaten and misled, and who shout condemning words, not at the charlatans, but at people like me who shout out a warning. (Yeah, that’s really logical).

    Nobody is ‘throwing anybody onto the cross’ in the sense you mean – how melodramatic you are for me speaking up about sin and error! – and why on earth do you think you need to ‘have stayed up on the cross in your judgement’? Only one person ever needed crucified once, and He bore the sin of the world then, and is no longer on it. You should not be ‘up on the cross’ anyway, least of all think you need to.

    comes along and says, “I am a prophet.” Judge their word
    and judge their fruit and their works. Go from the milk of the Word of God to the meat of the Word of God and start exposing these frauds and fakirs and those who merchandise the saints of God.
    Shame on Chuck Pierce for engaging such tomfoolery and
    nonsense for a hustle or a quick buck! May he be under
    conviction and ask God for forgiveness. I have no tolerance
    for a false prophet or a false teacher. When they are brought to the truth and they repent not, expose them…

  40. I can definitely relate to, Todd Bentley, and the Fresh Fire Ministry, when they talk about things that happen while under the influence of the Holy Spirit. Right on down to punching someone in the gut or kicking them but only because it happened to me.

    I once had a tooth that needed to be removed but because I was diagnosed with Diabetes and Heart Decease, there wasn’t a Dentist anywhere that would touch me with a ten-foot pole. The tooth was deeply rooted and abscessed many times over the course of a year and finally I asked God to yank it out. I actually waited, expecting Him to do what I asked Him to do but nothing happened. Then one night when I least expected it, an Angel came to my room and punched me right in the mouth while I was watching TV. “I literally came flying up off that bed!” “I mean, that Angel packed a punch!” But guess what? God took the tooth out and I didn’t experience any pain afterwards.

    I’ve experienced several encounters of being either punched, hit, or kicked before getting healed from something. In the natural it appears to be “brutal” but in the spiritual realm it’s perfectly normal and doesn’t hurt at all. God said, “We will know them by their fruit”. I know the voice of my shepard no matter what body the voice comes from. “Christians bashing Christians” Get plugged in and spiritually conected, then you might recieve something but until then? You will never understand the prothetic messages from Todd Bentley..

    As I read over various articles and the replies, it becomes very apparent that there are not a few that misinterpret, do not have a clue, or are being deceived by a ‘goody two-shoes’ enemy = the angel of light.

    I have dealt with this over 30+ years in ministry myself…and since the majority have ‘never heard’ of us, nor would stand still long enough to know something about what God has taught us over the years…they assume no one is right but them….they rely on their ‘manifestations’ with no real knowledge of scripture…only propagating what they have heard from the apostate pulpits throughout the land.
    I am not in the ministry for the money as I can see you are not…if you ask for any it is not on this blog – unless I haven’t found it yet….

I refuse to even have keyword generated adverts on this blog or in any manner ‘profit’ from the work of God like by bringing out profit making books (which I could do easily). I support myself via the secular ‘work of my hands’ by the grace and goodness of God.

  45. Too many Christians are misquoting the scriptures about “judging”. It is right to judge in love and by the scriptures. We can “judge” our brothers and sisters in the Lord according to the scriptures, in love. We cannot judge the unbelievers and say that “they” are going to hell. Only God can judge the “unbelievers”.

    Righteousness Judgments and Unrighteousness

    If judging people is wrong, how can we obey Romans
    16:17-18? II Corinthians 6:17? II Timothy 3:5-6? I
    John 4:1?

    Lev 19:15 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment:
    thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor
    honor the person of the mighty: [but] in
    righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbor.

    “Judge not according to the appearance, but judge
    righteous judgment.” (John 7:24). Here our Lord
    commands that we are to “judge righteous judgment,”
    which is judgment based upon the Word of God. If
    judgment is made upon any other basis, other than the
    Word of God, it is a violation of Matt. 7:1. Webster’s
    Dictionary says that a judge is “one who declares the
    law.” The faithful Christian must discern of judge on
    the basis of God’s inspired law, the Bible.

    I. It Is Right To Practice Biblical Judgment

    One of the most misused verses in the Bible is, “Judge
    not, that ye be not judged.” (Matt. 7:1). Every
    Scripture verse should be read in its context, if we
    are to properly understand the true meaning. In vs.2-5
    of this same chapter it is evident that v.1 is
    referring to hypocritical judgment. A brother who has
    a beam in his own eye should not be judging the
    brother who may have a mote in his eye. The lesson is
    plain, you cannot judge another for his sin if you are
    guilty of the same sin.

  46. I think it is high time, we repent from modern theologies that are polluted by the fallen world of greeds and lusts, in order to recover the true GOSPEL of our Lord Jesus Christ which is able to save the lost and disciple them to the glory of Father who had called them out of darkness.

    Everywhere in the Bible we are commanded to go out and preach the preach the GOSPEL to the unsaved, and in the event of believing, accepting the message, they should join the church(the body of Christ. Today, we are quick to invite the unsaved to the church, to join us as one joining an organization. And sooner or later these unsaved people may become leaders/Elders or even Pastors who at most times pastor those who are saved thereby causing confusion in the church whereas God is not the Author of confusion. When these confusion arises we are quick to blame or point accusing fingers at the innocent, poor souls who do not know much about the scripture.Instead of us to repent, we are tend to twist the scripture and make them feel guilty.

    Secondly, the church Blood has to recover the FIVE-FOLD ministry. Every church should realize that no Pastor has the ability to do all by Himself nor other ministers should work for Him as Servants. They are all equal, should enjoy equal benefits if any, as they are all parts of Christ’s ministry on earth working with the Master(Jesus hrist)reconcile the world to God. A Pastor overseeing a congregation does not make him the Head. Christ is the HEAD.

    “According to Ephesians chapter 4:11-13, God gave the church the five-fold ministry for PERFECTING OF THE SAINTS, FOR THE WORK OF MINISTRY, AND FOR EDIFYING OF THE BODY OF CHRIST till we all come in unity of the Faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ”

    In view of the above, how can one man perfect the Saints, execute the work of the ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ and edify the body of Christ independently? Men have set up their own doctrines and traditions that conform with their greeds and unchecked quests for high places of honor in the expense of others, therefore making themselves Lord over others.

    One may substitute these five-fold ministry with first Ladies, Board of trustees or even Deacon board but the body of Christ will still remain starved of perfection, edification and thus make the progress of the ministry in view of winning souls and discipleship retarded

    Therefore, we should all repent of these anomalies, repent of unbiblical Clegy/Laity order in the church and embrace the paradgm exhibited by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Even the first century Apostles did not create Clergy and Laity. They were all disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ working together for a common goal……..Preaching the GOSPEL and DISCIPLING the saved to conformed to the image of their Savior according to the book of Acts.

    Non of them had ever claimed to be working for God, they were all working together with God as co-Laborers in His vine yard.

    Finally, we need to repent individually to trigger corporate repentance and then be followed by national repentance and world revival.
