I want to thank Carla from http://morebooksandthings.blogspot.com for pointing this link out of Todd Bentley ministering at John Arnott’s church, the Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship, a few years ago - pre his tattoos and piercings! Anyway, around 3.55 in this video - you can fast forward to it - a girl comes forward. After some ministry from Bentley, Todd says: Could we pick her up, I’m not done messin’ with her yet? which is a very odd thing to say, even in jest, and then there is something even odder he says about a minute later - it is like really mocking tongues or mocking ministry - Blablahblahblahblah be drunk! Blah blah blah blah blah blah - he says - what on earth is that about? It is most odd for a sincere minister to say these words and also to say them in the way he said them too - it’s like he is intentionally mocking the people and laughing at them because they will accept even this from him. I think he could have said and done anything then and the people would have accepted it - and he knows it. It is not just Satan laughing at this ‘revival’, Bentley is too.
It is a real eye opener. Please watch it.
Prophetess Miriam, I have a question and hole “YOU” will answer. Okay we got so many people who have Hell and Heaven experiences. For example’ there is Mrs. Baxter and her Divine Revelation of Heave, Hell and Rebecca Brown’s He came to Set the Captive Free, she has a heaven book, etc. But the only ones that really talked about Heaven were Jesus and John. Now Jesus being God talked about Heaven all the time cause it was His dwelling place. John spoke more indepthly about Heaven in Revelation but he was told to write the things he saw. Now I should have mentioned Paul but what he saw he was not able to say 2 Corinthians 12:2. He was caught up into the Third Heaven but was not able to mention these things he saw. I say that because we have people making millions on there experience in Heave, Hell, or Paradise. To be honest most of these modern “apostles” heaven experiences have occultic meanings. Like seeing certain colors and all that stuff. I think we have prophets for hire who may have experienced some supernatural things but of the devilish realm. So how can you tell if a person is telling the truth or what there experience is not demonic. I mean i have heard many say they saw Jesus in Heaven and God on the right Hand. How do we know…?

I got this off of a website called fullfilledprophecy.com, I think it was under the section called Apostasy Watch. It was put together by a poster called chatti-kathy.
I have been watching the false healing revival that the apostate N.A.R. claims is taking place in Lakeland and Heritage, Florida. They have been holding weekly meetings at a convention hall, and over the weekend they meet at Joker Marchant Stadium. They are claiming crowds of 7,000 to 8,000 nightly from all over the world.
Regarding stadiums, false prophet Paul Cain predicted:
“We call it “the last days ministry,” …I believe we’re on the threshold of it…And I know the Lord is coming to His Church and he’s going to prepare us…We’re closer to it than we’ve ever been before. Who would think that there would be a group like Promise Keepers who’d already be setting the stage and filling stadiums with tens of thousands of people, …They’ll be over 100,000 in no time, and maybe they already are. I think an event’s already planned that way. So, what if God shows up at just one of those meetings? That could just be the kick-off for “last days ministry.” Think about that…What if 120,000 get together and then the fire comes from heaven and the glory of God…”
False prophetess Stacey Campbell predicted on 1-1-08:
“…stadiums will fill with massive gatherings of fasting and prayer, the generation prepared with signs and wonders will, like the apostles in the book of Acts, be released to preach to receptive ears…”
An article called “The Significance of Filled Stadiums” by Ed Tarkowski, said:
“Joel’s Army [is] now in training. . . . I believe one day soon Joel’s Army will be in training …until it graduates into the stadium. . . .
Paul Cain claimed this was the plan of God for this generation - everybody - all denominations - because it is the plan of God for the `last of the last days.’ On a Grace Ministries tape of a talk given by Cain some years ago in Missouri, he told his audience,
“I had a vision of you people coming from …a circle of maybe a hundred miles and I saw people coming from every major city within that circumference and a great conclave was taking place, and it was the training of Joel’s Army…I believe that people are going to come together by the thousands and train for the Army of the Lord. Wouldn’t that be wonderful? I mean, that’s long overdue.
Prayer is the tipping point. Prayer will release both the judgments of God (see Revelation 8:3-13), and create the climate for people to call upon the Lord (see Judges 2:11-22; 3:9, 15; 4:3; 6:6, etc). The scene is being set. If there ever was a time that a nation could “be saved in a day,” now is the time. We need to understand Billy Graham and his ministry because it is part of the DNA of what is coming. Billy Graham is probably the greatest evangelist of the twentieth century. How do you know whether someone’s testimony (about anything) is real? You test and weigh it against scripture first. And generally you can ask God for the gift of wisdom, of discernment distinguishing of spirits too as people’s experiences can weigh up against scripture but still be embellishments.
I don’t think you can trust anything that comes out of the new prophetic-apostolic movement though. And almost all the most famous experiences in heaven are untrue as they are so unscriptural.
I met two people who had genuinely died and come back, and they refused to say anything about what happened (despite my cajoling - I was then a lot younger and more immature), and barely mentioned it, as they were not allowed to. This of course added weight to their words - their testimony was always the cross, and never their experience, their ride to heaven and back, even though true.
yea lots of bad stuff when a persons testimony/conversion is totally void of repentance or asking Jesus/God to forgive them of sin.
Its not about mantels or anointings, its about Jesus Christ and Him crucified.

You know Miriam, that was my whole point with Paul. He never told the Corinthian church about his experience in the third heaven. That is my point. Now people writing best seller books about their experiences in heaven or hell. Now John had to write the things he saw cause he was instructed by Christ. Maybe this week I should write about me going to Paradise…(just joking)

Why don’t we just let God work it all out. Whenever there is a move of the Holy Spirit, (ie Toronto), and lets go even further back (read your Church History). There will always be people to oppose. (They opposed Jesus, Paul and all the early apostles, who moved in power. They even accused Jesus of being in league with the devil). There will always be unbelievers, Sadducees and Pharisees. I was advised in 1992, to ‘pray for discernment’. If a move is not of the Holy Spirit, it will fizzle out, if God is in the midst of it, people will be set free, healed and delivered. There will always be attention seekers, and people seeking after manifestations rather than the presence of God, as well as false prophets. Come on Christians, grow up, pray, seek God’s face for youself and LET HIM HAVE HIS WAY. Take all your thoughts and prayers to the cross. ‘Test the Word’. All we are called to do is believe in the one who was sent. JESUS, and ALL He stands for.
You have no idea who the True Christ is or what His true gospel and sound doctrines are if you actually think TODD BENTLEY is leading you towards them.

The very first thing we should do in discerning what’s going on in Florida is stamp this verse at the top of every discussion:
MARK 13:22 – For false Christs and false prophets will arise, and will show signs and wonders, in order to lead astray, if possible, even the elect.
So, according to the bible, when we see signs and wonders, etc. here’s what we know about it: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!
Any time someone comments and asks a question like, “Well how can all this good stuff be happening if it’s not from God” should immediately be shown this (and other) verses that show uncategorically that signs and wonders (in and of themselves) tell us NOTHING about whether something is of God or not.
And as for ‘just letting God sort it out’, (in other words not bringing attention to the false teaching that goes on), the bible has a word for that attitude: DISOBEDIENCE. We are commanded to discern the spirits. So when someone tells you to just let it go, what they’re actually saying is ‘don’t bother obeying God’s command to discern’.
In addition, ever since Finney, this type of hyper-revivalism has done great damage to churches and individuals that it’s left in it’s wake, despite almost always looking great at the beginning.
And Rev Dearlove, you might want to check out some of the rotten fruit from Toronto before you call that a ‘move of the Holy Spirit’.

I agree with Rev. Dearlove. If this Lakeland revival is not of God, it will fizzle out. If it is of God, those who speak against it are speaking against God himself. I have been at 14 of the meetings. You can feel the tangible presence of the Holy Spirit. I know personally 2 persons who have been healed. Please understand that a great majority of those in attendance now are from out of the area so I wouldn’t know them. The healings are irrefutable. No one, even from Hollywood, could make these up. In the mouth of 2 or 3 witnesses, a thing is established. There are hundreds or maybe even thousands of witnesses. What does it take to make a believer out of a skeptic. Probably nothing will change their minds as long as the evangelist says “BAM” OR “SHIKABOMBA”, or has too many tatoos or doesn’t wear a suit and tie. You can’t look at the videos from “Morningstar Ministries” and tell me that this move is not of God. Don’t tell me that Satan is doing these miracles! Jesus addressed that false belief 2,000 years ago when he said “A house or kingdom divided against itself cannot stand”. God help the critics who will miss a move of God if the man of God is outside their self described Box.
Lew Frye: Is there any confirmed proof of ANYBODY being healed? The only people who passes out always has a catcher behind them. You need to pray twice as hard for God to enlighten you to what’s fake and what’s not. You have your free will so you can keep believing in Todd and I’ll keep praying to God. I’ll be watching his show tonight because he really puts on a good one.

I am no-one but saw your message after someone called me from the Florida meeting and asked what I thought about it. I am really just kinda like a hermit in these hills so I am not up on all the latest things beyond them.
I have looked at the web after seeing some 45 minutes on GTV of the mentioned movement. I have seen the discourse of many,.. some in fear and disdain and some for it and disdain for being questioned.
This is what is said to me about this as I am not prone to venture out of where I am perhaps some will take HOLD on it and understand where they (we) are in this time.
Please note. that I seek and know the God that raises the ax head, stirs the waters, heals all manner of that which is against his design..and with HIS son’s payment even has rolled back the penalty of death for those who will earn the lesson in Lazarus’ raising. We have had but sprinkles of what we will see concerning the glory off His presence and power in this age. So this was not to discredit the Power of The Holy One of Hosts nor his Son Jesus.
People… Men and Women… In the times near the revelation of Jesus (the apocalypses) it is told for those who are his that the great delusion would be present. It is a spirit sent forth (permitted) by HIM the Father - as scripture so tells us so it is…..for the express purpose of exposing the huge structures called churches and myriads of peoples who were falsely considered brethren and sisters as NOT HIS. “They went out from us to show that they were not OF US.” Do not be dismayed. Fall on your face before the Lord of Hosts and thank him for having mercy on you and “KEEPING” you in this final hour of testing - for it will only get deeper and darker - but for a little while. For those who have pain or concern over brothers and sisters of flesh or spirit that are caught up in this. We are told plainly that “they did not love the TRUTH”. DO not fail in heart - that they are lost. It again is written that none of those He has put in His Son’s hand shall be lost to HIM… STAND where you are… “Fear them not”.
Speak to the constriction of those spirits that operate in the ‘Hand’ of the Fallen one. For they being disobedient do continually try and move outside the bounds set for them in this age as in the one before. We are to reset them so to speak… as did our LORD…by HIS WORD.. until the time when HE not US fulfills the reaping.
Have trust in the word given to you and speak what will be according to the same. These things are part of the small early stirrings… leaving those who went to them as empty as the BEIT-EL or ‘Houses of God’ or “churches”…that are spoken of by the prophet Amos.
Do not think that those under such delusion can be swayed with words of reason. This is handled by the example or actions of Aaron who stood in the midst with the censer of praise and worship. Those behind him LIVED while those before him died. He did not reason with them before or behind but stood as we must stand… in the gap in the midst ..and raise the standard that cannot be breached.
For even the wrath of Lord of Hosts was so stopped .. think not that a spiritual creation of HIS must not also be diminished in similar fashion.
Draw the confines “ maintain them according to the WORD” that this spirit of delusion will operate in these last days… rather than watching in horror …Be of Good Cheer and marvel not at the magicians of the Pharaohs’ that abound… The Holy One, Blessed is HE - is neither remiss nor late in season… When they ask … I will send it… He says…
Be in Peace… Have CONFIDENCE that what you set before HIM is so kept.
These regional brides of the Fallen one and valentinian prophets and preachers are as old as the age itself nothing new… so fret not for their end is written.

To those who say you are resisting “a holy spirit” .. hmmm…. could King Saul or his murderous cohorts resist the POWER of GOD .. NO !! when HE fell upon them with their minds and heart bent on murder… they did not loose cognition and composure nor stance but became animate with the WORD of GOD and his prophesy. A false spirit can be resisted by those who are HIS. His Spirit cannot be resisted in its work only quenched in its effectual working of making Jesus our LORD and not just a saviour.
