Christian prophecy for the church and for the nations from a servant of God called to speak God’s word

Che Ahn Brings Florida Revival Healing Outpouring to Maidenhead, UK

“Florida Revival Comes to River Church in Maidenhead! May 6th Report: 600 plus cram into the Holiday Inn! Hundreds Healed and touched by God! Parkinsons, Tumors, Fibromyalgia, Lungs, backs, legs all confirmed Healing  ….   Che Ahn, founder of Harvest Rock Church and Harvest International Ministries has just been part of the fresh outpouring of healing, blessing and the presence of Jesus taking place at Ignited Church, Lakeland Florida. Che led a revival meeting on May 6th at the Holiday Inn in Maidenhead. Over 600 people crammed in to a room designed for 400 people. Hundreds were touched by Jesus, with ministry lines having to spread into the reception and foyer areas of the hotel. A long queue came and gave testimony to being healed of all sorts of diseases from cancer to skin conditions. Chairs had to be pushed back to accommodate those lying on the floor under the power of the Spirit. Some even brought mobile phones to the front having called sick relatives so that they could be prayed for.”

Just as I warned Christians about going to the Lakeland Outpouring, and the Dudley Outpouring and all the other associated Outpourings at Heritage and Albany and Washington and Redding and wherever, I warn about going to these meetings in Maidenhead. What is being passed on is not of God, but is spiritual poison. I pray the church leaders will wake up to this deception.

I have already written a little about Che Ahn, and what spirit he prophesies by, here: http://endtimespropheticwords.wordpress.com/2008/05/15/che-ahn-on-todd-bentley-double-portion-of-william-branhams-anointing/  and of course much has already been written by Todd Bentley and his associates, and what spirit they prophesy by and minister in.

Maidenhead is in South East England, not far from London and Reading. River Church is part of Gerald Coates’ Pioneer Churches group. I wrote before about a Pioneer pastor who lied about angels  here: http://endtimespropheticwords.wordpress.com/2008/04/26/lying-for-the-holy-spirit/

Gerald Coates has been dominionist/restorationist for years, but vigorously denied it, even lying to my face when I directly challenged him about it some years ago at a Pioneer Conference.

He was famously shown up about ten years ago (or maybe more) in the 1990s when British television (the BBC I think) did a documentary on the gold tooth phenomenon come to Britain imparted out of Argentina, and nobody had a gold tooth despite all the many claims and testimonies that they had.  They were deceived, all of them, and Gerald Coates and his church were left looking very foolish. (If anyone knows how to find this documentary now, please let me know.)

Gerald Coates even now has a ’round table’ of his own - just like Rick Joyner and C Peter Wagner and all the new gnostics! A church spokesman for Gerald Coates said when questioned that he is ‘closely involved’ with the New Apostolic Reformation and its prophets and apostles. Not dominionist? My foot!

“In the last 5 years he has chaired a Round Table of 40 evangelical leaders representing most denominations including Sandy Millar/Nicky Gumbel (HTB/Alpha), David Coffey, leader of the Baptist Union, classic Pentecostal denominations, other church organisations including Oasis with Steve Chalke and Care with Lydon Bowring. An initiative for a coalition of Christian Ministries to come together to re-evangelise Britains Universities came out of the Round Table, Fusion. “   http://66.102.9.104/search?q=cache:X8qI_Ius7e8J:www.pioneer.org.uk/Publisher/File.aspx%3FID%3D4306+gerald+coates+documentary&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=1&gl=uk

(Note the ecumenicism here with Alpha Course. Then there is the trendy and very popular Steve Chalke of Oasis and the Social Gospel, under much fire for saying things in a recent book (one of his books being written like automatic writing under the Toronto Blessing manifestations, without any thought or mental involvement on his part - perhaps that is why he became so heretical)  ‘to state that Jesus on the cross was receiving the just punishment for the sins of humankind was “a form of cosmic child abuse — a vengeful Father, punishing his Son’   and denying the doctrine of original sin, replacing it for original goodness. Steve Chalke denies penal substitution and rather tells us Jesus comes to seek out the original goodness in us, and that the message of the resurrection “is that you can trust Jesus with your life. You can put his philosophy for life up against any other the world has to offer because it works.”)

Gerald Coates is also famed for getting a group of men to lift British Assemblies Of God leader Paul Weaver up on a chair, proclaiming that they were lifting him up towards God and that these men should honor him as he is their spiritual father. Then sprinkling water on Paul Weaver proclaiming it was the dew of heaven.

Anyway, here’s a video of our Gerald with gushing Trevor Baker at the Dudley Outpouring, yet more deceitful signs and wonders. It’s not just gold glory flakes  appearing at Dudley, evidently. (See here for glory flakes article: http://endtimespropheticwords.wordpress.com/2008/05/15/glory-flakes-gold-dust-appears-at-revival-fires-dudley-outpouring/)

  1. Miriam-
I was at this meeting and frankly felt this wasn’t of God
ots of ‘intangible’stories of healing but people who couldn’t walk properly, still couldn’t walk properly afterwards after being prayed over.
I am convinced this is all either satan or at best fleshly works and i am concerned for my church-
The leaders have just gone out to Lakeland and another meeting is planned when they come back.
Talking to a few others in the church they all seem to be advicing me to ‘just let go’
not ONE person has , like myself, suggested we test the spirit-
God has given me a spiritual alarm which I have proven is prophetic with another church incident-
My alarm is Going off all the time in this Church
However, I asked Jesus to guide me thru the bible and he led me straight to matthew where he said weeds will be planted with the wheat and to not pull up the weeds for fear of pulling up the wheat-I took this as stay and observe for the time being-
I will not have any hands laid on me by these people
Che Ahn even brought his ‘annointed’ jacket with him and everyone lined up whilst he came round and they could touch it!!
As you say, this is wolf in sheeps clothing and ‘emperors new clothes stuff!
God is calling me to be a Watchman and i shall obey

  2. Wodadler -

    Thanks for sharing.

I am concerned somewhat by your interpretation of the wheat and tares, and I say this to encourage and guide and not to rebuke - as in the wheat and tares passage’s context it is talking about the WORLD, Second Coming and judgment, not the church and internal discipline. The reapers are the harvesting angels, in another passage this is also referred to, where the sinful are thrown to be burned… just like the beast and the false prophet will be thrown into the fire. This is not refering to the church and falsity (except in the far broader sense of good being allowed to dwell alongside evil anywhere), for it is the church that pulls out the tares of false doctrine from within, and tries the false NOW, and not the angels at the end of time. This passage is among other things an answer as to why evil people are allowed to prosper and not judged immediately and struck by lightning now - but it in no way means we should not continue to speak against this same evil now nonetheless - especially in the church. Just because evil exists, and is allowed to exist, and is not yet judged, wherever, in the world or church, does not mean that the church should not rid itself of it and warn.

Another interpretation of this, specific to Che Ahn et al, is that the beast and the false prophet (which these people I suggest are part of if they get their way) will be judged by God and be thrown into the fire at the end of the time. Those that take the beast’s mark of the one world apostate Latter Rain religion joined with Rome and ?? will also be lost. They will be judged by God. If anything there is even more reason to shout - especially to protect those sheep who come under their spell, and to stop the church giving more ground as this is about eternity for some.

The passage by no means is referring to tolerating sinfulness and false teaching in the church - and could not. For if it did, we would not be commanded to test the spirits, rout out even the little leaven, and contend with all false teachers and prophets and publically weigh and test prophecy (and by default prophets) and try those who say they are apostles but are not. And Paul would not have warned the Corithians for three years with tears about the super apostles etc etc….

Let us warn with tears about these super apostles, my friend. Watchmen are called to shout out, not just watch on and weigh up. I mean this to encourage and not to rebuke by any means.

I kept quiet in 1994 at Toronto, and regret it for so much damage was done, and so many people fell away soon after.

  3. No rebuking taken!!
Thanks for this-My apologies, I didn’t mean to watch and say nothing, I meant to observe, weigh up that it clearly isn’t God, Then Shout Out!!

I am concerned that if I walk away or even get thrown out of this church, who will save these people from the lies??

  4. After reading the responses, after the article what came to my mind… is this “anointing” imparting to it’s recipients what the Bible refer to as the Mark of the Beast? A spiritual branding? I wouldn’t be suprised.

I know your dilemma, I have been in the exact same position where your love for the flock wants you to protect them. But you have to look after yourself too and be wise as you are also potentially in danger by staying beyond the correct time, from the subtleties of deception, and also by seemingly witnessing to others that what goes on is OK and condoning it by staying there…..

Your church obviously also believe in prophecy - so maybe give a public word against what is going on in the times they allow to speak out…or at other such meetings, even prayer meetings. Housegroups are normally easy places to speak freely too?

Jeremiah was a right old pain wasn’t he carrying on and on even when they told him to shut up.

I’ll bet you are not the only one with reservations there. Like I once was, people just never have linked up and associated these suspicions and doubts and realised what they add up to.

  6. I was wondering, if anyone has heard of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit to the children of Adullam? I am not sure but think it took place in China. It’s written about in a book by, H.A. Baker. The book is called, “Visions Beyond the Veil”.
You can read the book online for free here at, http://www.spiritlessons.com/Documents/HA_Baker/Visions_Beyond_the_Veil_HA_Baker.htm

If you know whether or not it’s of God then please leave me a line here. I’m very curious and interested in what happened to these children. I read it myself and it appears to be of God.
The only thing I do not understand, is that it seems to say that children can go to hell but I’m not sure of the ages of the children either.
I’m sorry if this is off topic, but it is about the outpouring of the Spirit and I would like to be sure that it is of God and if someone already has read or has insight it would be helpful.
    Thanks

  7. update
Our church leaders(and personal friends of Che Ahn) are in lakeland telling of great healings (wheelcahir bound getting up etc)
Interesting that they have to PROVE they are a pastor to these guys to gain front seats-
Why do they get the front seats anyway?
Do they put old/infirm/disabled people or anyone else BEHIND them?
    This is Pharisee stuff
Even more worrying is a response from another pastor in our church saying how prophetic Bob Jones speech was!
    Clearly not checking him out-
I will keep this post updated as they send in reports daily

  8. I also experienced the sound of “alarms” in my spirit back in early February. God was alerting both me and my husband of the severity of the hour as we found ourselves being used at a local church leadership level to discern and uncover issues of unrepented sin, discern a spirit of Jezebel/Ahab and a spirit of error and the sowing of seeds of false doctrine that wasn’t being publicly refuted. We left that leadership team back in March in deep grief, but with a grace-filled resolve to abide by the truth no matter what the cost. So this “revival” event comes as no surprise, but as a confirmation that God was preparing us for such a time as this. We love the Word of God, and people both saved and unsaved, and we have been led to many scriptures that confirm that our discernment of the times has been correct. One of the first places in Scripture we felt God speak to us was out of Ezekiel chapters 1-2. We knew we had to go “into exile” for the Word of God.

Also, Jesus said in John 10: “The man who enters by the gate is the shepherd of his sheep. The watchman opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to his voice. He calls His own sheep by name and leads them out. When he has brought out all his own, he goes on ahead of them, and his sheep follow him because they know His voice. But they will never follow a stranger; in fact, they will run away from him because they do not recognize a stranger’s voice.”

As for our responsibility to the flock in this hour, I believe God is saying to those of us who are His watchmen, that we are being used to open the gate so He may lead them out. He will do the calling and the leading. By our taking a stand, separating ourselves from falsehood and by lovingly warning those whom we know and love, we must trust Him to do the rest. Last night, I asked the Lord, “How should I pray, Lord?” And I felt He simply said, “That My will be done.”

In other words, I believe He’s allowed this world-wide event and is using it as a corrective rod to separate His true sheep from the goats. But I see it as being a process that will take some time, so we must be patient and lovingly endure, trusting Him in the meantime to feed His own in the desert from the storehouses of heaven.

~Hope this may serve as an encouragment to those who read.

  9. I was curious as to whether Todd Bentley, and all these other people, have issued a rebuttal to all these comments made to expose their lies.

  10. I find it fascinating that there are so many Christians with so many things they are against. What would happen if our focus was on Jesus and all of the things he is for?

What he is for is so clear in the Gospels and throughout the letters. I love the way he responded to John’s disciples when they came asking if “he was the one” He could have taken them through all of the Torah, the writings and the prophets but he simply said. Tell John what you have seen. The Lame walk, the blind see, the deaf hear and the poor have the Gospel preached to them.

What if we celebrated those that are giving there lives to Jesus in Lakeland and other communities. Rejoiced with those who are gettng healed and prayed for all of those that are trusting Jesus to heal them and make them whole.

What if we prayed for wisdom and grace on the leaders there
and we prayed that God would guide and direct everything that is going on and make sure that His true light drove every area of darkness from the proceedings?

What if we began to build up, encourage, support, pray for and strenthen one another? Wonder what the world would think uf Christians if we began to shine some light and began to celebrate and embrace one another in a positive way, even while praying and encouraging one another in the ways of the Lord.

    What if?

    Comment by David | May 22, 2008

  11. What if Satan discguised himself as God and let millions further astray by ‘imparting’ his counterfeit jesus on People?
What if they planted Churches with this false religion and they multiplied?
What if Satan is laughing at these Christians he is deceiving so easily?

We are not critisising Todd Bentley- We have weighed him up and there is a trail of suspicious links-LOTS of them!

We therefore have a right, and indeed a passion to tell these blimkered sheep to at the very least CHECK THESE THINGS OUT, as the Bible tells us-

What if everyone did as the Bible says and checks it out?
What if noone gives their hard earned cash to these ministries?

What if these forums don’t speak against Satan?

  12. This page really displays a lot of fear. I have my feelers out too attempting to divide what is God and what is not, but one thing I am sure of…God is not worried, nor is he going to fall off of His throne. He is not afraid of the devil or the foolish things that people do. The hysteria of fear is equally as evil as the hysteria and obsession of the movement. What is wrong is the hysteria. If God is moving, than it is a good thing whether or not it makes me comfortable or uncomfortable. He loves His children, He loves you, he loves them and He will walk all of us who love Him through this. Be at peace, it will blow over and what is good will stand and what is bad will fade away. It is hard to see clearly when so much is blowing around. If there is good blowing around, I hope you encounter it!

    Comment by dfewekk | June 25, 2008

  13. No this page does not display fear. I am not afraid.

God is not going to fall off his throne, absolutely. But I am not trying to propel him up either by warning aloud, (no need to, He is Lord) merely to obey Him and His word! Why don’t you do the same - that is be obedient to the word that He took so much time and effort to give you?

You say God is not ‘worried’ but he is ‘grieved’, ‘angry’ and ‘concerned’ by what is happening. The church should concern itself about the enemy being in her midst.

The only ones that display fear here are the ones afraid of the TRUTH, or to test the spirits.
