Chuck Pierce, the Copy-And-Paste False Prophet

“Chuck Pierce, practitioner of Kabbalah and self-described prophet, is really pushing his luck.

You must know by now that much of Pierce’s fame is based upon his claim that he, like the Hebrew tribe of Issachar, is able to “discern the times.” And of course as a prophet, his words come from God; as such, you ignore him at your peril.

So what is God’s word for today?

Well, according to Chuck Pierce, it’s the very same thing He said four years ago. Much, if not most, of Mr. Pierce’s latest “Word of the Lord,” which was published on May 22, 2008, has been copied, word-for-word, from an almost identical document he published on June 2, 2004.

“In the biblical Hebraic timetable, we have just entered the Pentecost season. We must make a ’shift’ in our minds and thinking processes toward HARVEST. The Spirit of God is developing and molding the shape or outline of our future. He is giving direction, meaning, and definition to how we will move and be in the days ahead. Our spiritual life is being disciplined so our mental performance will exceed our creativity levels of the past.

There are many new gates or doors forming and being seen by God’s people at this time. However, many enemies are behind these entry ways into our future. But the Lord says: ‘Do not focus on your enemies during this season, but watch the new openings form and be ready to enter into new opportunities that will fully change your life as of NOW! I will give you grace over your enemies.’”

“In the Biblical Hebraic timetable, we have just entered the Pentecost season. This prayer focus is for all of us to shift our minds and thinking processes toward HARVEST. To ‘form’ means to develop or mold the shape or outline of something, or to give meaning, character or nature to something. Another way of looking at a forming time is when something is becoming what it will be in days ahead. This includes the conditioning of our mind and body in regard to its mental performance ahead.

Remember, this is the time that we are to be watching NEW DOORS FORM. Many enemies are behind this forming door, but the Lord says: “Do not focus on your enemies during this season, but watch the door form and be ready to enter into this new opportunity. I will give you grace over your enemies.”

Interestingly, too, is the fact that the first 8 days of Mr. Pierce’s “prayer focus” on May 22, 2008 was copied directly from the prayer focus on June 2, 2004. (Click on the date links above to compare the actual documents)

You know, I can’t help but believe it is only a matter of time before his followers finally catch on to what Chuck Pierce is doing. He would do well to remember the words of Abraham Lincoln:

“You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time.” “

  5. Folks on here are so worried about what the devil is doing that they never bother to see what God is doing. I feel sorry for them.

    Do you have no understanding that God has always used offense to pry us out of our ruts? If you are offended at what is going on, OWN it as your own stuff, and ask God to shed light on YOU.

    God doesnt have to do things in a way that appeases you. In fact, He never does things the way we think He should. God keeps His own council, as the scriptures say.

    Jesus wants relationship. Period. His main criticism of the pharisees was that they studied the scripture, yet missed the One whom the scriptures revealed. Im all for reading the word, and having diligent study of the scriptures. But not at the expense of having NO experiential relationship with our Lord.

    The scriptures are meant to POINT US TO THE PERSON of Jesus. Let them do their job for you today…and FIND the Person.

  7. Hi. I know Chuck Pierce PERSONALLY. Why I’m writing–I have nothing better to do and I was searching for other blogs about Chuck.

    Apparently you don’t really understand Hebraic Time. In the emails that Chuck sends it does repeat a lot of what he said 4 years ago. Each month at First Fruits (which is a biblical celebration) he goes over what month it is Hebraically and it’s the same thing every year. Do we not have a January EVERY year? We have a Passover, Pentecost, and Tabernacle celebration each year.

    A lot has shifted in Glory Of Zion and according to the church they are not planning to have a “Starting the Year Off Right” Celebration/conference in January coming because it’s time for change. Change is a BIG thing with him. I know it looks like he copied and pasted, but it’s really some people who have not changed and shifted like the rest.

    Sometimes the Lord repeats to make a point. Do you not repeat yourself to make a point?

    As for FOLLOWING CHUCK. Yes, there are a few. We follow the Lord and the LORD Alone. Is it interesting the things he says? Yeah. I mean I’m reading his book “Future War Of The Church” (The Revised Edition) and he hit the nail on the head with everything that the Lord used him to Prophesy.

    FYI, Chuck isn’t the only one who prophesies these things to come. Cindy Jacobs, Dutch Sheets, C. Peter Wagner, Che Ahn, Barbara Yoder, Barbara Wentroble…the list goes on…I think instead of seeing if Chuck’s “followers” will see his “deception” you should be praying that they see Chuck is NOT God, he’s a messenger. He’s not to be placed on a pedestal (sp?) but he is a Man of God.

    I love Chuck and his family is awesome. Do I AWLAYS agree? Nope. But like in a previous post we are to test and when we test, it comes out to say what they said to begin with.

    Sorry, but your defense of Chuck Pierce simply doesn’t hold up. First of all, whenever he quote from something he said four, six, eight years ago or whatever, he almost NEVER cites the source (e.g. “as I’ve often said”), but gives the implication that whatever he’s saying is a “fresh” word from God. IN FACT, he often explicity says that it is (”Now is a time of…”, “The Lord is now saying…”, etc).

    As for Mr. Pierce, if you know him personally, then you MUST know that much, if not most, of his teaching comes directly from Kabbalah — and I’m not just saying that because he announces that he identifies our calendar with the Hebrew months. I’m talking about references to the “controller” of the month being a right foot or a kidney, which is taken DIRECTLY FROM KABBALAH. In fact, in his Issachar course on identifying “the times,” course materials directly reference the astrological sign for each month.

    Chuck Pierce is a Kabbalahist and Astrologer, not a preacher of the Gospel.

  10. Well, Wyatt, I guess we can agree to disagree then. I don’t appreciate how you came right out and said my “defense” of Chuck simply doesn’t hold up. I wasn’t defending him honey God can do that anyway. I was just stating my opinion of ONE of your thousands of accusations that these people are the enemy. Seek out the real enemy and deal with him. It’s not Chuck or Dutch, or the Hebrews (which I state again is where his teaching comes from).

    I only returned to see what was said and I thank you for your response. Obviously one of us is misled and I hope that God reveals it soon–whomever it may be :)

    Firstfruits is biblical, but it is not a monthly event, regardless of what Mr. Pierce may say.

    It is known as the “Feast of Firstfruits” (Bikkurim) or the “Couning of the Sheaves” (”Omer” in Hebrew) and occurs on the 16th of Nisan (March-April) – annually.

    Leviticus 23:9-14; 1 Corinthians 15:20-23

    Probably not.

    But you do know how the Bible tells us that if “If I or an angel from heaven preaches to you ANY OTHER GOSPEL, let them be accursed’?

    Or how in Proverbs, it says: “Every Word of God is pure, let no one add to His words, Lest He rebuke you and find you out to be a LIAR.”

    Or in Revelation: “If anyone adds to the words of this book, the curses of this book will be added to them!”

    (My memory paraphrase).

    Ashley: you need to understand you are in a cult. It sounds Christian, but if you don’t understand that Chuck Pierce is teaching the a doctrine of astrological Kabballah, he is not a Christian. This makes him like Madonna, a Kabballist.

    Dutch Sheets –he’s pretty good — but because he adds to the Pure Gospel doctrines that are not of Christ — like Miriam’s deconstruction of Third Wave Spiritual Warfare

    (basically, people thinking they are “praying down” territorial spirits without understanding that only evangelism and dealing with unbelievers ala ‘we are to pull down strongholds and every argument that resists the knowledge of God” is the key to real spiritual warfare. Demons are attracted to our lies and unbelief, they don’t float around in random empty space without being attracted to deception in people’s minds!” )

    Dutch is deceived and so is Cindy Jacobs: they are actually no longer Christians because they do not stand on the Gospel, but rather on the lies and deceptions of the Apostolic Prophetic Cult.

    Chuck Pierce? He’s the worst of the lot. A blatant liar in the name of Jesus Christ. How DARE he put forth this astrology, this Kabballah and tell true Christians “thus saith the Lord”!!!

  17. Chuck has a show. He uses the same catch phrases over and over, state after state, year after year. So does Cindy Jacobs and Dutch Sheets and the others mentioned above. I’ve led worship for his show along with CPeterWagner and his show and repented. This crap is exactly like a drug. It starts with a big high and then you’re left trying to recreate it every week.
    Yes, I’m still charismatic and believe in all that Jesus is and was and shall be. I’ve seen desperate people showing up to hear a ‘word’ from Chuck’s Kaballah/Astrological/demonically inspired messages that promise much but deliver so little, like waterless clouds. We need to repent, period. And return to our first Love.

  18. He prophesied recently about Alaska and out if it would come a mighty power and whatever, like the second coming was going to be Sarah Palin. Of course this was after she was nominated and before the election which nullifies his prediction.He also predicted the rise of the great bear, after Russia invades Georgia. Also, how hard is it to predict disaster is coming to Florida and southern regions during flood and hurricane seasons. look at history. The word says a prophet of God is 100% correct. Hal Lindsay and Jack van Impe have to revise all their predictions according to the latest news reports. Chuck Pierce does too.

  19. Ashley, I know it has been several months but I just found this site. I am Jewish and Chucky Pierce is NOT following anything Hebrew, Hebrew from the Scriptures anyway. I am a believer in Messiah Yeshua and believe in obedience to YHWH Word. Chuck Pierce is a liar and a false prophet and is full of greed and deception. I pray that our Holy Hevenly Father opens your eyes to His Truth. Evidently you are not familiar with the Torah, Writings and Prophets or you would not be defending Chuckys false teachings. If it doesn’t line up to the Word of God, then it must be thrown out. Period.

  20. I can now admit publicly that I once painfully sat through an extremely lengthy session with Mr.Pierce. I went without any pre-conceived opinion, one way or another. I just assumed he was an expert. After all, he is a big name prophet and he is so revered by all those in the know, right? Well, I went. I was bored stiff. I wanted to leave, but was forced to sit through the entire grueling presentation. Many of these hyped-up speakers are not what they are built up to be.
