A vision re Todd Bentley in The Dragon’s Mouth & Then Being Tossed Aside

In a vision I had, about one month or more ago, I saw Todd Bentley clearly being ‘hung out to dry’ by others (that I thought were his associates in the prophetic/church movement) on a washing line. This reflects the expression ‘being hung out to dry’.  Although I understood the expression, although not the context, the vision made no sense from a human persepective, as Todd was then, and still is, seemingly at the top of his game by human standards, and why would they want to do that to him when he is flavour of the moment – yet I saw it so clearly and deniably and knew it was the Lord speaking. And while ’sitting’ on this, and the subsequent second vision, the visions and meanings has remained with me, and conviction has grown this will indeed happen (if Todd does not repent and get right with God).

In the second vision, a few days later after the ‘washing line’ vision, I saw Todd Bentley symbolically in an enormous dragon’s mouth, and he was being shaken around from side to side by the dragon like a dog shakes a toy with its teeth, except there was no playfulness or niceness or joy about it. Todd was swung from side to side, from left to right,  and then just as dogs do after a while, he let go - the dragon let go on one of the swings, and with enormous force Todd Bentley went falling through the air and hit the ground.

I believe these two visions to tie in.

The dragon (Satan) is described in Revelation, as coming with great anger in the Last Days and being unleashed upon the world with fury. He ’spiritually’ empowers the false prophet and the beast, as the Antichrist arises, to do great signs and wonders, even calling down fire from heaven that will fool the world. Many ‘Christians’ will exchange the truth for a lie in those days. Though the beast’s movement and its prophets have  lacked a true spark of spiritual power, instead relying on lies, deceit and charlatanism, real dark spiritual power comes, at some point, enabling genuine spiritual wonders that are not invented or pretended.

Todd being figuratively in the dragon’s mouth means he speaks for the dragon as his false prophet (one of them, that is) and his being swung from left to right in the dragon’s mouth is possibly resembling his scope of influence in the world as he speaks at a ‘height’ – as the dragon was very tall and this could resemble Todd speaking to many far and wide.

However, for whatever reason, the dragon will   toss Todd Bentley aside out of his mouth and as he does, Todd will ‘fall’, meaning that Todd will no longer be in the dragon’s mouth speaking for him on the ‘world stage’ as he is tossed aside. Sadly, I felt Todd Bentley being no longer the dragon’s mouthpiece was not   for positive reasons by way of Todd repenting, as it was not like God rescued Todd to speak for Him (as he would do if Todd repented), but it seemed to me in some other negative   way because of how it happened and the disdain and hatred there from the dragon towards Todd who was even still one of his own – he so clearly ‘belonged’ to the dragon in that sense, the Father of Lies.

  1. Interesting. I just wrote Bobby Connor, whom i saw in Brandon, MB, Canada one year ago. I did not know of any connection. I asked Mr. Connor about Mr. Bentley stating God did not write/inspire the book of Hebrews, and then i wrote: “When Todd Bentley falls, are all of you going to say, oh, it must have been the pressure, and then divide the spoils for yourself?”
    I thought it strange that i asked that. (Holy Ghost!)
    Then i read your vision…..Hmmmmmm……
    What a fall that will be…..
    (oh, i also wrote Patricia King likewise a month ago)
    (just remembered because no reply either)
    I guess Holy Spirit has warned them….
    (XP will suffer the outfall of it)

    I have not received a reply. I guess i won’t.
    None of them will answer my question!

    Sad…
    This whole thing is very sad.
    And too bad.
    The world needs Jesus. Not another scandle.

  3. The whole twelfth and thirteenth chapters of Revelation are about the great dragon (Satan).In chapter 13 we read that the dragon gives power to the beast, and power also to make war against the saints.

  5. Okay, so perhaps Todd does “fall” but what if he doesn’t. Will there be an admittance of a false prophesy? Or will there be another prophesy that makes an allowance for the reason he doesn’t fall?

    And by the way, I’m not a follower of Todd Bentley. I’m not for him, I’m not against him. I just can’t believe that the people on this site can so easily discredit this many ministers and feel no shame whatsoever.

    If nothing else “love covers a multitude of sins”

    Regardless who the person is and what they’ve done there is no “love covering” here…

  6. We should feel shame? For warning there is a thief robbing the house?! The Lord rebuke you Kathryn!

    You are twisting scripture. Love does cover over sins – when they are repented of! Otherwise the church would not have been commanded to shun consistent unrepentent sinners and false prophets and teachers.

    Kathryn, you can see my track record on this site. Unlike some I do not cover up anything or prophesy after the event. I have seen many other things that have come to pass that I did not type up, but see no point in shouting about them after the event as some do (and falsely at that) just in order to try and prove some point. I do not need to.

    If anything I ever prophesy is proven to be false, then I have said it before I will readily confess it and nobody would be harder on me than myself. But I have not been wrong yet (over 20 years) in things I have said to others. The Lord is with me, and He is truthful – but the trouble is you do not like truth, and you do not like rebuke.

    How do you feel about Jesus turning over the tables? Naughty and unloving wasn’t he? And what he said to the phariseese, so vicious and sarcastic. He needs to repent, eh? No love covering there!

  8. I am copying and pasting a comment made to Morten as it is on topic for this thread too, when Morten asked me if Todd Bentley leaving Lakeland after the ABC news doc was the fulfilment of this prophecy. I said -

    “I have been wondering the same thing, it could be the start of it (of Todd being tossed aside as part of the false prophet mouthpiece of the dragon, falling from a great height and then being hung out to dry by others). I was also shown just before I knew the revival had moved into a tent that there would be two blows that would hit this ‘revival tent’s’ central pole – and the second blow would snap the pole in two. The first one I think was the failed Wendy Alec Jesus is coming on stage prophecy which lost them a lot of credibility and fans, this may well be the second blow.

    However that all said, I do not know for sure and regardless, I do rejoice for worse is now to come. So much damage has been done and so much damage is yet to come. Todd Bentley was always expendable. It was not about him for the powers that be.”

  11. Love covers a multitude of sins!
    It makes however a big difference whether you convict someone of their wrong believes and sins and someone who is preaching and teaching on such a grand scale as Bentley did. God makes it clear that those have a far greater responsibility and far less lenience than a regular believer.
    You really cannot use this verse in all cases.

  15. I think we should read the Word inside out and outside in. Long before Todd Bentley went to Lakeland, I had a strong check in my spirit that he was not of God. I was on his website and saw the money involved with his seminars etc. “Buy the Truth and sell it not.” I thought, where is his heart for the sheep. There was no provision for those who could not afford to attend, who may be the very ones who need to attend! “The true Shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.” Jesus asked Peter if he loved Him three times and each time, Peter said yes, He told him to feed His sheep.

    The checks we get in our Spirit can be trusted, when we are totally under the Lord and not under the dominance of any church, group or movement. We should ask the Lord for wisdom to discern where the enemy keeps us blind or unwise.

    Shortly after that I heard of his heart attack in Africa. The next I heard of him was Lakeland.
