“How can you claim to be a publisher of ‘foundationally spirit-filled’, ‘biblically sound’, and ’spiritually inspirational’ books, when you published Todd Bentley’s book ‘The Reality of the Supernatural World’,  which as well as containing numerous scriptural contradictions and deceptions, also contains deliberate intentional lies and false testimony?

Notably I draw you attention to the sex changes of Todd’s alleged encounter with the angel Emma from female to an unnamed male angel on page 230 of the book. (See more details here). This is appalling and indefensible and means that you knowingly publish a liar’s books – why, is the money in it too tempting for you? Or do you not care about scriptural truth, general honesty and integrity any more?

I see a simple truth here – the Lord says clearly that if HE is lifted up, he will drawer all men unto himself – had Miriam Franklin taken the trouble to visit the events at Lakeland she will see that it is Jesus who is lifted high, not Mr Bentley, or indeed any other man. The focus and the praise and the worship of JESUS is a very potent reality and who cares if Todd isnt a scholar and makes mistakes – thank God for simple people who love him! I am sick of perfect, mistake free Christians and this move of God makes room for the simple, the naive and the foolish – which incedently God has chosen to confound the wise! So, perhaps Miriam Franklin can tell us when she next plans a worship time with 5000 people coming – I will be there for sure!

    It’s obvious that you have a love of the LORD God Almighty. Thank You, Lord, for hearts of passion that desire You.

    But Todd is a FALSE teacher. He teaches things that are NOT BIBLICAL!! And God holds teachers to a higher standard of correctness ~~ “Let not many of you become teachers, knowing that as such we shall incur a stricter judgement. (James 3:1)” Pray always. -Brenda

  10. Aden, The love you and others bring to those meetings is met by music and a worship team that allows you to share your heart for your Lord. That can only be awesome and wonderful….thousands of worshippers loving God. BUT THEN….the Lakeland leaders come on stage making numerous appeals for money, teaching things “seen” in so called visions, dreams, revelations and received from “angels” and then claiming power to heal when those who come in wheel chairs leave in wheel chairs.

    Todd changing his story about Emma and now saying it was a male angel is not a mistake sister….it’s a bold face lie!

    All of God’s true children are hungering and thirsting for a true move of God….and the devil knows it so he acommodates it by sending forth a counterfeit. Todd Bentley does not allow Jesus to live in him and there is no sense of the holiness or fear of God and neither is there a humble broken spirit giving ALL the glory to The Father and The Son. Note how Todd lifts up himself and his personal experiences and personal revelations. He is a false prophet and is leading many astray.

    Those of us who also hunger for a true move of God find ourselves finding it in our personal lives but are still watching and waiting for a corporate move of God. It may even be occuring now as we speak but sadly will never be reported by godtv or the main stream media.

    Remember the little people at Christ’s birth. The news was spread by common folk who were humble servants of God…but the religious community as a whole did not see it or experience it.

    There was Jesus in Nazareth for 30 years full of God but who knew??? There were 120 in Jerusalem at Pentecost but only 3000 out of tens of thousands were saved. Revival is happening in China and India as we speak. For places like America it may be enough for God’s true children to hold on to what you have….

    Consider that Jesus said in Matt.24 that many will come in my name- That means Jesus WILL BE ‘held up.’ Saying that I am the Christ. That means Jesus is proclaimed as the Son of God…the Annoited One. THen Jesus says: …AND WILL DECIEVE MANY. THE WORD OF GOD IS THE only TRUTH THAT WE HAVE. According to the Word and Jesus’ own words no less…there will come those that ‘glorify’ Jesus but are leading people astray. THat’s Jesus. If you have a problem with that take it up with the author.
    So Arden, you have to see that scripturally one can speak of, praise, honor, and proclaim that Jesus is the Annoited One, yet still “decieve many.”
    How can we tell the difference? It must be backed up 100% by the Word of God. Remeber satan used mostly truth, even about God, even about Jesus ….the demons always recognized Jesus as the Most Holy Son of God.. if they can do it don’t you think a mere man (yes Todd is a mere man)can recognize Jesus? Satan used ‘mostly truth even with regards to the Father and Son mixed with a little bit of a lie. Remember 99.9% “Truth” is 100% satanic.
    So here’s my point… and I felt the same way as you at the beginning before the Holy Spirit thankfully strightened me out. In order to be SO DECIEPTIVE that only the elect will bearly skirt the deception, those seeking God will be decieved BY FEELINGS! Not looks, Your heart will be decieve. It will not only appear to be of God, but it will FEEL in your HEART as if it is of God. That is how the deception will be SO strong. 99.9 % God.
    So now it ‘looks’ of God, ’sounds’ of God, and feels of God. What do you do.
    BACK IT UP BY THE WORD. PERIOD.
    Also…Look into the Latter rain Dominionist, look into thier mentors and “prophets” and I use that word V E R Y loosely. UNderstand…Proverbs says to “search for wisdom and understanding as if it is silver or hidden treasure (Pro. 2) You have to DIG for silver and hidden treasure. If God wants us to work that hard how is a man going to bop us on the head and say now stranger I don’t even know if you are a christian but I just imparted ‘this’ (not God’s) this annoiting onto you. Where is God in that? I see where Todd is in that. God is a rewarder of those that diligently seek him. HIde his words in your heart…memorize scriptures. God wants you to seek beyond “feeling good.” A grateful dead concert will make you feel good.
    That is all I hear about from those that have been to Lakeland. It was so annoited, we fell out. Show me scripturally were anyone ‘fell out.’ They say it feels so good the “annoiting”….Stop letting FEELINGS dictate your spirituality! Feelings fooled Isaac in his old age…The Word says Trust in the LOrd in all things and LEAN NOT ON YOUR ON UNDERSTANDING. We walk by faith not by feelings. Feelings will fool you everytime.
    Here is the scarey part. The Word says that God will turn you over to the deception, since that is what is in your heart. Need gold dust? Need meaningless, and unscriptual “soakings”? Need to be “Bammed” and slain in the spirit? Need jewels to appear, gold teeth, instant weight loss, scars removed, need a feeling of peace to replace bible study and feeding God’s hungry, visiting those in jail, clothing the naked, ministering to prostitutes, crack addicts pimps, ho’s and teenage runaways…yeah “soaking” and Feeling good sounds like an great alternative. But God NEVER gave us that option. Show me in the Bible…where God said go out and let the people soak and feel good. Does Go out and PICK UP YOUR CROSS DAILY sound even vaguely familiar? Does REPENTENCE sound vaguely familiar?

    The word ‘mistakes’ and ’sin’ have very different meanings.

    “….sick of perfect, mistake free Christians?”
    Simple? Naive? Foolish? Try, “Acting in an unintelligent/uniformed or careless manner”. The Holy Spirit came to lead into all truth, not ’some’ truth.

    Try ~ Acts 16:17&ff ~ “She followed Paul and us, crying, ‘These men are servants of the Most High God, who proclaim to the way of salvation.’ And this she did for many days. But Paul, was ANNOYED, and turned and said to the spirit, “I charge you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her.”
    So much for ‘lifting up the name of Jesus by everyone in every context.’

    Miriam evidently has better things to do with her money ~ than waste it coming here. This “Lakeland revival’ is not of God; not The LORD God anyway.

  15. Wow! I have just browsed around this site and Im amazed at all the tearing down of Gods people. I look to the right of this page and read all the posts and see many ,many , many leading ministers in the world today that you guys are tearing down with your words. Each word you spew forth is recorded and you will give account for. I would like to say that surely each one you tear down in your holier than thou attitude is wrong according to you guys, well, just what if you are wrong, what if you are the one who is wrong, you will be responsible for tearing apart a work that God is doing in the earth. Do you not have anything better to do than to tear down the people of God…I read your responses and I think you are wrong in most of them, and I think you speak out of ignorance more than anything else. Lets take Todd Bentley, to you he is a teacher of false doctorines, He is not, I have just came back from a week of services in lakeland Florida, I listened intently and weighed every word and found him in no fault, I even came back with my back healed. I do not see your need to tear down what God is doing. It is not good in Gods eyes surely. Todd and others are only lifting up Jesus at all times, not once have I heard any word pointing to anyone other than Jesus, God is love and it seems that the negative spirit I hear here could use a little forgiveness from God for the words spoken…I mean many words spoken over all the men of God being torn down here on this site, it is sad that you are that miserable or whatever it is that makes you do this sort of thing. But God is being Glorified around the earth from this outpouring and I for one will keep my mouth off the man of God as well as all the other men of God this site tears down and slanders. Get some of Gods love and peace going on in your lives , maybe then you can see the truth.

  16. I guess the sad part is that people such as Arden, and daughterofrighteouness see the videos of Todd unscripturly
    baptizing people oin the name of “Bam” and that is holy to them. THey see the ‘watch it and weep’ video of complete chaos and turmoil with folks clucking, and howling and screaming and frantically jerking all over the place and this is holy to them. They see the video where Bob Jones stands next to Todd and declare all power from this revival comes through the portal of the native american indians and they believe that it is good and holy. They must not know that Mr. Jones is in fact saying that all that is of “God” must come not through God but through pagan, witchcraft, and satanic intities which is what pagan worship such as the native american indians believe in. It’s sad because God’s Word is of course true His people DO D I E from a lack of knowledge. And far from a hatefilled web site I viewed those on this website…. lovingly yet with urgency as the time is really almost gone…trying to warn from a top the wall those inside the city, that the enemy is at hand and is storming the city walls. Remember the 5 foolish virgins didn’t think about oil until it was too late… and although they were virgins, they were left out.
    First of all just because people don’t believe Todd or the revival doesn’t mean they are hateful. Nobody is calling you names, like you are calling many on this website names. On the contrary most on this site that do not believe in this revival or it’s prophets, are deeply saddened and deeply concerned for those in it’s grip.

    Answer: The key words here are ~ what if, what if you are wrong…~
    As with anyone that knows God ~What if’s ~ do not apply…
    If one has to ‘guess’ if they are speaking truth from God…then no, they are not of God, nor know Him period. Therefore, everything that is written by me…
    Ms. Daughterofrighteousness – is of God. Can you be as sure? As in any ‘learning’ situation – one should be ’sure’ of who it is they are receiving instruction from for the ‘interpretation’ of information could be all wrong.

You should know very well with your education (based on what you have on your website) that this demon possessed girl in Acts 16 was not “lifting up Jesus” in the sense Jesus spoke of. So why do you even bring it up in your response to Aden? All you are doing is mudding up the waters. Are you purposefully trying to sow confusion?

    And in response to your quote in #17: You should read again: Prov. 16:18 “Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.” How arrogant of a response you have given her (#15). AND THEN YOU TELL HER SHE IS NOT OF GOD AND DOESN’T KNOW HIM. You don’t know her (neither do I). But who made you JUDGE over her? HOW DARE YOU!!! I would be shaking in my boots asking the Lord for forgiveness.
    I am sure “daughterofrighteousness” in #15 left the final judgement up to our Lord and that is why she said “if”. She is speaking out of a tender heart…. that is much more than I could say I hear coming from you.

    You and Miriam should read these verses again and again and again until they sink in:

    Matthew 12:36-37 “But I tell you that every careless word that people speak, they shall give an accounting for it in the day of judgment. For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”

    1 Corinthians 4:3-5
    But to me it is a very small thing that I may be examined by you, or by any human court; in fact, I do not even examine myself. For I am conscious of nothing against myself, yet I am not by this acquitted; but the one who examines me is the Lord. Therefore do not go on passing judgment before the time, but wait until the Lord comes who will both bring to light the things hidden in the darkness and disclose the motives of men’s hearts; and then each man’s praise will come to him from God.

    What are your motives? You know and God knows…..the hidden things of the heart will be revealed and God will judge……

    Matthew 12:7″But if you had known what this means, ‘I DESIRE COMPASSION, AND NOT A SACRIFICE,’ you would not have condemned the innocent.

    One of Jesus’ responses to the Pharisees when he knew what was in their hardened hearts:
    Matthew 12:27-28″If I by Beelzebul cast out demons, by whom do your sons cast them out? For this reason they will be your judges. But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.
