Eric VonAnderseck & Joanne Cremer of Second8thweek ministries
As we are getting a growing thread on this subject, I have created a new post on this group for easier accessibility with the old comments moved here. I was originally contacted by ‘Greg’ who asked -
“I am currently researching a very disturbing group called Second8thweek ministries. It is run by a man called Eric Von Anderseck and he claims that he is an endtime apostle spoken about in Isaiah and revelation. He has an online university and there are what they call assembly meetings in America And South Africa and other places around the world. I have been to South Africa and attended am meeting because of a friend. He preaches that the church has been in error for two thousand years because it has been without apostles and now in the end times God is restoring this ministry. He claims that all churches have to go to him for doctrinal cleansing.
It may sound funny but I have seen what this mans ministry can do to believers. He is based in Port Huron in Michigan. I have tried to get information on him but cannot. He teaches from the books of Enoch ( so Called) and the so called lost books of eden. He is destroying a friend of mine who I love very much. He says that all pastors are tares and so are people who believe in Jesus but have not received the baptism in the holy spirit evidenced by tongues. He has several sites one of which is http://www.second8thweek.com. He has a spiritual c.v as he calls it that has to be seen to believed. None of the major discernment sites have any info on him but his teachings are growing.
Do you know anything about him. I read on a site called conqueringlove.com about a couple that were with him but managed to get away. Can you please pray for my friend in South Africa. Thank you.”
Comment from me:
Greg – wow, I had never heard of this guy, but he is very cultic using weird language by looking at his website. What you said already marks it as cultic and wrong eg – He claims that all churches have to go to him for doctrinal cleansing.
Here’s more nonsense from him – crazy stuff -
“PRE-BIRTH REVELATION: I was the 10th person standing in a line of spirits. Angels were busy preparing these souls for their earthly existence; their activities, from their birth to their death. I heard God saying, “Who will go for Me?” I didn’t know what the mission was, all I remember is that I felt compelled to volunteer so I said, “I’ll go.”
A very large angel dressed in a white robe took me out of line and up to the front. God again spoke and said, “I will use him in the last days.” I turned to the angel which brought me to the gate or opening and said, “Will you let me remember this?” He replied, “Yes you shall remember this, and prosper.”
Greg said -
Thank you for your VERY speedy reply. Yes it is WOW stuff isn’t it. You haven’t seen the half of it. I have met some of the apostles of this movement. One of them a girl of twenty six spent a year in my country and never once visited a church or looked up christians. I thought that was very strange but I was a guest in my friends house and had to be wise in my approach. For sure I expressed my opinions and spoke to their Chief apostle in south Africa. There is Another apostle on myspace called Joanne Cremer. She split away from them but has her own teaching university and teaches their doctrines.
I have some of them on file that my friend sent me as she was trying to get me to enrol in their university. Their stuff is copywrited but my friend had permission to send it to me and I was not told to give it to anyone else. If you like I can send you some of their teachings to an e-mail adress. I cannot see how my friend can’t see that they are a cult.
What seems to happen is that christians who are relativley new and somewhat dissafected with their church are drawn to them and then ensnared. I feel helpless and would love to do something cause now it’s personal. Maybe not the purest motive but thats the way it has happened. Anyway thanks again. Its been a while since I was here and it looks like so much is going on on the site. You MUST have staff by now. Thats if you didn’t already. Miriam will you please pray that my friends eyes will be opened and SOON to this deception. I am praying too. Thanks again.
Forgot to say, his pre birth revelation he justifies through scriptures concerning Jeremiah, you know ” I knew you before I formed you in your mothers womb”. As I see it all cults can justify or try I mean, their doctrines and experiences from scripture. Yes God does know us before he formed us but the things that are added to these things we know about God are what shows up the cults like the “angels preparing the souls” stuff. A new revelation?
Me:
God does know us before we are made, but that does not mean that we remember a pre birth experience, let alone that something like this even occured

It is hard to know how big it is but it has many ” Assemblies” as they call them, Listed in their membership and in different parts of the world. They have reached Europe and and South Africa. There is a blog on them by Matt Slick of C.A.R.M.
They are probably a drop in the ocean but give the appearance that they are growing rapidly. Not sure really. But like all cults they start out small then grow

Hi all, YES! There is a dangerouse teaching that appears to be biblical, but it is very confusing and the language is wierd. I enrolled in the school and there are red flags every where. I too was a little frustrated with my church and that is how I was drawn in. As I went through the lessons I just got more and more confused and they told me that I was never in covenant and now that I am learning from them, “living apostles”, I am now in convenant. They teach from the “lost books of the bible” and they are totally against church gatherings. I wanted to see how far they take this false doctrine by continuing on in the school, but it is so discusting and upsetting so I am just going to quit before I am corrupted.
Sorry I forgot to mention that the false apostolic school is called The Apostles Center and it is headed by JoAnne Cremer and I believe that those teachings are from Eric VonAnderseck who is also a false apostle with wierd teachings and confusing language.
Me:
Would you like to share more Dimples, for the benefit of all as to what they believe?
Dimples said:
Sure. I really can’t pinpoint it, but there is defiantly something wrong with what they are teaching; how they word everything and they have a weird language and terminology that one would not know unless one belongs to their group. It is not simple and it makes one even more confused and everything that they say really needs to be explained more and what they teach and how they teach it leaves room for one to take the Word of God totally out of context. They don’t read anything in context, but use the text to validate their doctrine. Their doctrine is about the “Transition” of the church into the New Covenant, a covenant of which they only know and are “sent” to preach. It is also centered on the error of the teachings of some televangelists. They don’t go into churches, but have websites and communicate by way of internet and phone calls. They tell students to empty everything that they ever learned because it is false and not the true gospel. The true gospel only comes from them and we are to only study what they give us and listen to the MP3’s and feast off of that. They encourage us to stop going to church or to the FRS (False Religious System). Also they tell us to offer up prophecies and prophecies according to them are encouraging words based off of what they teach and scripture. We are to offer these prophecies to God and to each other. These prophecies go something like this “Through the contact points that God has set for us by His grace we can touch God and remain in fellowship with Him”. I don’t know what the contact points are, but I they say I will know them as I continue on). They teach about the baptism of light. I really don’t know what that is, but again I was told I will find that out later. They teach about grace and how it is not God’s unmerited favor, but it is a revelation of God, illumination and some other stuff and so much emphasis is put on that element and I personally would rather attribute everything to God and the Lord Jesus Christ. I understand what grace is and how we are saved by it, but they take it to a whole other level. They really do need to be exposed because of the cunning craftiness of what they teach and how they teach it. It appears to be biblical, but it leaves me with an unrest and I constantly have to search the scriptures after I come into contact with them because I know in my heart of hearts that something is not right.
Greg said:
I just checked this post out just now after a long time so sorry about not getting back to you. Dimples it is amazing that you found it. I suggest STRONGLY that you check out http://www.conqueringlove.com. The writers are ex second8thweek members and know their doctrines and teachings inside out. I wrote to Debbie Virshek of the site and she is a gracious woman. You can write to her at truth@conqueringlove.com. I am sure she would be glad to hear from you.
Miriam, their teachings are hard to describe succinctly and I can e-mail you some things I was sent. They believe that there was a pattern for faith set in Jesus that we must follow. They believe that in terms of conversion God gives you the grace to believe in Jesus but you are not saved till you come into full covenant by receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit evidenced by toungues. Toungues is the sign of the seal of the Holy spirit just like cicumcision was the sign of the sealing of Abrahams faith. They believe that nine tools of the faith.. Government(the five fold ministry) prayer (in toungues)prophecy, teaching, the gifts, the callings, the manifold graces of God,truth, and the Spirit.
They believe that believers who refuse to speak in toungues are refusing the baptism of the Holy Spirit and their faith is REPROBATE and they are the men of 1 John. They believe that pastors who run churches not under apostles are tares.
They say that you can believe in Jesus with all your heart but you are not saved (In covenanent with God) unless you speak in tongues.
All the above is only the beginning. They teach that Enoch was changed into the Angel Metatron and is over the creche in heaven of all the children that died because these children must come back to earth to go through a salvation experience. They teach that the children are not re-incarnated but will know that they have come back BUT in adult bodies during the tribulation. Like I said Miriam, I have it on a memory stick. The confusing thing is that people or Christians who join their assemblies and teachings seem to get baptised in the Holy Spirit and speak in tongues thus confirming their teachings.I have met some including their Apostles in South Africa. Make no mistake they are attracting mostly Christians.
HOW am I doing so far DIMPLES!!!
Miriam I have some of the teachings or rather propositions they have but they say to understand them you must do the course. The main teaching that initially attracts people is the 125 false teachings of the church. I have read it and it is a mishmash of truth and error.
The baptism of light Dimples is apparently when you die and are received into God and you will be able to create just Like him because you have the divine nature because you were saved. I think thats enough for now.
By the way Debbie Virshek states that she already spoke in tongues before getting involved with them but the Lord showed her that her tongues changed and was not of him. I cannot agree or deny this because I do not speak in tongues therefore feel I have no opinion on it. But I stlll believe that from scripture their doctrines are false.
Dimples:
Yes! You explained it very well. I stopped logging on to thier site and reading their lessons. I did research them after I noticed the red flags and I did come across the conquering love website and it was extreemly eye opening. Regarding tongues, they told me to speak at least one hour a day, but when I do so I feel like I am faking it and making it up as I go along. Everytime I “speak” the scripture comes into my mind “and they spake as the Spirit gave them utterance”. I was giving my own self utterance and I didn’t feel right so I stopped. There are times when I am praying that I began to speak in tongues and it just happens – I did not force it or anything and I think that is how it is supposed to be. Also they told me that it is impossible for me to simply read the bible and rely on the Holy Ghost to help me understand it and rightly divide it. They said God sent them to do that – “to reveal the mystery of Chirst” because they have been given the doctrine and the grace to interpret it. There is a lot of truth mixed with error like you said Greg and that is how their deception is a little hard for me to pinpoint.
Greg said:
I am so glad that you got away from them. It is hard to explain their teachings because there is so much to contend with. You could not do it here in any great depth I would guess. You see what seems to get people is the fact that they have apostles. It seems to me that the church is in confusion about apostles as I am might I say in that are they for today in the same way as they were in the beginning. I remember when I got saved first eighteen yrs ago thinking when the scriptures were opened up to me as being alive and real that we would never see their likes again because their teachings were laid down in Gods word.
But Ephesians seems to be saying that the office of apostle is still operational as are the other callings of prophet teacher etc. Hence today you have people claiming they are apostles but to me they are false. At least I mean the ones in charge of the current revivals. Why are those that claim to be apostles always American!!!!!
My question in little old Ireland is if the office of apostle exists where are the real ones. Has anyone out there met a genuine apostle full of humility and truth and gentleness and compassion and has a servants heart and doesn’t think they are in charge of the heavenly realms. If so can you please let me know.
Hey Dimples did they try and stop you from leaving?”

>> They teach that Enoch was changed into the Angel Metatron
LOL, sounds like the founder of this ‘religion’ has a thing for Transformers: Metatron, Megatron…I wonder if this angel looks like a robot and transforms into a jet. When I grow up I want to be a Lamborgini
Quote:
……..”Also they told me that it is impossible for me to simply read the bible and rely on the Holy Ghost to help me understand it and rightly divide it. They said God sent them to do that – “to reveal the mystery of Chirst” because they have been given the doctrine and the grace to interpret it. There is a lot of truth mixed with error like you said Greg and that is how their deception is a little hard for me to pinpoint.”
Answer: This is exactly of what a lot of leaders are saying in essence. A true Christian leader will always tell people to ‘go to God, and the Bible/scripture’ for verification of what the leadership is preaching/teaching.
Unfortunately, some of the false prophets/leaders have picked up on this, but knowing the sheep won’t follow this admonition are able to go on and gather a large following. Some sheep do read the scriptures, no doubt, but… ‘read’ and ‘interpret’ scripture according to the ‘error’ the false prophet/leader propagates.
A true Christian, one that is born again, will not be led into error very long, the Holy Spirit will see to that.
I appreciate all the testimonies and information: it brings to light that Christians have a lot to not only be ‘aware’ of, but pray about – and that, earnestly. Ephesians 6:18

Praise God Mariylnn! That is so true. I almost believed it.
Greg, it was nice talking to you too.
Why oh why do some of those names sound South African (Cobus Wolmarans, Burt Neethling)…this disturbs me.
Anyhow, here is a video by Apostle Joanne Cremer ‘delivering the truth like you’ve never heard it before’:

Charles Taze Russel, the founder of the JWs, also was vociferous in his renunciations of “Babylon” – the false church system, and so have most cult leaders. By and large they have accurately described what’s wrong with Christianity.
But they got people to unite around what’s wrong with Christianity, to unite around “coming out of Babylon” INSTEAD of uniting around WHO we are coming to, Christ Jesus Himself. It’s all very well to come out of babylon, but coming out to what? to whom? To just another cult?
What I read here it sounds to me like a pseudo-Christian ‘new age’ demonic deception.
The angel Metatron sounded familiar, from my ‘new age’ days, and I just did a google search for angel metatron, here’s a link, apparently some kabbalistic ties:
http://www.crystalinks.com/metatron.html
Also, there’s apparently someone who claims to ‘channel’ certain angels, one of them being metatron.
http://www.circle-of-light.com/Psychic_Readings/angelreading.html
Lord help us.
about the tongues being the seal that confirms baptism in The Spirit… Paul explains and as i have heard David Pawson also teach that the NT tongues is just prophecy in an other language directed towards God. otherwise in the NT without fail or contradiction Holy Spirit baptism is confirmed by prophecy or prophecy in ´tongues´ which is just in prophecy in an other language.
and isnt metatron kind of the voice of God or something like that? a greek word for it maybe…
At least he has a fitting name:
“von Anderseck”
From german, meaning literaly “From a different corner”
He is peddling his wares “on a different corner” than Christ, to mismanage a metaphor
There is a site at http://www.thebereans.net/forum2/archive/index.php/t-34818.html that gives more info and what the Bible says about what Eric Vonanderseck teaches.
Cia,
Apparently Enoch according to the book of Enoch which is third Enoch I believe, Enoch is changed in the Angel Metatron and is higher than all the angels and sits at the right hand of the throne of righteousness. I googled the books of Enoch and it is surprising how many Christians believe they are scripture because Jude quoted Enoch. I don’t believe they are scripture myself because there are many contradictions it seems to me in them but there seems to be a growing belief that they are part of the scriptures.
Based on two things really. A belief that the Nephilm in Genesis are the offspring of fallen angels and humans, and secondly as I said already the fact that Jude quotes Enoch. I HAVE wondered where his quote came from myself as the words must be written somewhere. But the whole book of Enoch seems rather weird. Can anyone shed light on this. Also Eric Von Anderseck believes he was visited by Enoch in a dream confirming his apostolic calling.
Greg.
#13 Enoch question:
Answer: Depending on how scholarly you prefer your information: I suggest the book – “Jewish Writings of the Second Temple Period”, Literature of the Jewish People in the Period of the Second Temple and the Talmud(Section Two)
This text is a Jewish/Christian endeavor – edited by Michael E. Stone = Professor of Armenian Studies and Gail Levin de Nur Professor of Religious Studies at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
You will find the explanations for Enoch expounded on by G.W.E. Nickelsburg pages 89-96′
Under Apocalyptic Literature: (same text) Pages 394-406 by M.E.Stone
Always confer with experts.
Hope this helps,

I have been in the ministry of the false Church for over 8 years before I learned the Gospel of Christ through a true Apostle. The fact that the Church has been in darkness for over 2000 years is true. There are hundreds of thousands hy-brid doctrines all claiming the authorsip of Christ but each different from the other. Now I know the Holy Spirit is not confused concerning the truth and the function a believer needs for the regeneration of the soul and renewin of the mind.
God would not leave the Church in darkness in these last days and this is why He is raising up true Apostles and Prophets. Remember that the foundation of the Church is founded on the Apostles and Prophets (not pastors) with Jesus Christ being the cheif cornerstone. I myself labor at the spiritual altar of Christ in the doctrine handed down by true Apostles and have grown tremendously in the grace and truth of God.
I have exerienced the manifold graces of God to grow in the likeness of Christ in my soul of which I did not find in the other Churches. They would preach on a spiritual topic one Sunday and then the next completely contradict what they had taught on the next. Many Churches still preach the law of Moses (Law of the flesh that brings condemnation). In the true light of the Doctrine of Christ there is no Condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus for the Law of the Spirit that is in Christ Jesus will set you free from the law of sin and death.
Those who speak out against the doctrine of Christ taught by true Apostles is that they have no discernment. This is because they are confused by the doctrine of the Church of the world (Many different denominations). The simplicity of Christ lies int fact that truth is not confusing but it is contrary to the flesh, and those who have been indoctrinated by the false teachers discern accordingly. If a person has truth then they will recognize what is false from what is true. This trhough the illumination of the Gospel of Christ through true Government of God by Apostles. OK so it seems foriegn to you. But have you ever really studied and learned the Doctrine of Christ by a true Apostle. Or have tried by hanged on to false teaching. If so then you really did not fully experience the liberty of Christ by being tethered to the false teacings that are in the false Church.
Many will come forward and Scoff at the truth and they will kick at the goads. But they will also be revealed for who they really are and what they want to preserve. That is their own Gospel not handed down by true Apostles.
Lets look at some of the false teachers out there today (of which many pastors echoe), Each teach differently on salvation, growth, and even the where they are stuck, (the law of Moses). The power of God is in His word and His word is not Confusion.
Now, you may question the darkness that has been over the Church for 2000 years. Hmmm. Then question why God left Israel without a Prophet for some hundreds of years until Christ the Messiah came on the sceen. This was the plan of God and the Apostles knew this would happen. Even the Apostle Paul warned that many would heap of unto themselve teachers who would appeal to their ithcing ears. A Heap is no small measure. Many today recognize the darkness of the Church but will not head the Words of the True Apostles of Jesus Christ. Instead they stay with what appeals to their flesh. They will even stay with those who echoe the words of true Prophets even though these Prophets have not joined themselves to the Doctrine of the living Apostles. Instead they still listen to those who would make merchandise of them. Thos who place value in Gold and Silver and not the grace and truth of God. Those who have heard the words of true Prophets would rather remain willfully ignorant.
Now many are coming to the knowledge of the truth and are experiencing themanifold graces of God. But still there are those who would like make a claim that those who preach truth are of a “Cult”. Well hmmm. Noone has told me what house to buy, what car to drive, or for money. Nor have I been placed in the bondage of the Law of Moses to tithe according to the fables of men. (“Give me 2008 Dollars this year and God will give you the 2008 blessing”) NOW THAT SOUNDS CULTIC.
I am not Ashamed ot the Gospel of Jesus Christ for it is pawer of God unto Salvation….
“Those who mock the words of the Apostles of Christ place mill stone around their neck and are burdened by the false teachers of this world. But, Those who recieve the words of Christ from the living Apostles shall know ho to labor with God’s grace and truth for the regeneration of the soul and renewing of the mind and they shall be the ministers of Christ.”
God Bless

Dear Eric,
I have left comments in the past on your site but they were wiped off. I have invited you to debate the doctrine of salvation with me by giving you my personal e-mail but you and Joanne Cremer have not gotten in touch with me, why not.
Also if tghe apostles of second8thwek are true apostles why are they not going around the world teaching and correcting the false believers/tares as you call them. That is because they are false and you preach a false gospel in scientific language. Second8thweek is a cult Eric plain and simple.
Tell me this, why is Eric Von Andersecks teachings copywrited. Surely if his teachings are from God then he should dispense them freely, NO?
Tell me Eric how does a person get saved.
Greg.
Hi Marilyyn,
Marilyyn I have read a lot on the books of Enoch from experts and there are so many different opinions. I have found one thing though, the experts who seem to think that the books of Enoch are scripture seem not to be Christians in their outlook. They seem to be athiestic or in one case Roman Catholic. It has been a bit confusing but in my own mind I have rejected the books of Enoch purely from their contradictions of scripture. What do you say Marilyyn or is that a fair question.
Greg.
Eric,
Sorry Eric for this extra post to you but would you please tell me the answer to the following questions;(1) Can you explain clearly and simply according to the doctrine of Christ and in accordance with Second8thweek teaching, how a person gets born again.
(2)If a person becomes born again can they share the gospel of salvation with another who is not born again WITHOUT! studying the doctrines of Second8thweek.
(3) Under what covenant did the thief on the cross become saved.
Greg.
I’ve also got a question for Eric :
Eric, Jesus Christ saved me from my sins, and i know it, and by His grace i live by His Word, the Scriptures, by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Now, where does your group come into the picture?
What can your Apostles do for me that Christ has not already done for me?
Prove to me that i would be a better Christian if i join your group and come under your Apostles?
Fair questions?
According to Wikipedia: “Metatron appears primarily in medieval Jewish mystical texts and other post-scriptural esoteric and occult sources.”
From here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metatron
Dear Miriam, Dimples and all who have been reading this posting,
I greet you in the sweet and divine name of our Lord Jesus Christ and pray that He will grant His precious grace to all who are in need of true salvation in Jesus Christ who is the only one that can bring true life to our souls and renewed hope and strength of faith to those who worship Him in Spirit and in Truth.
I am the friend Greg is referring to whom he believes is in so called “deception”. If I may I would like to share my experience with Second 8th Week Ministries with you that you may understand my position and connection with this ministry.
8 years ago I was a struggling, frustrated and confused Christian hungry to hear the voice of God, to daily experience His presence and to know His expectation for my faith. I was going around and around a mountain in a spiritual desert and there was leanness in my soul. After many years of believing I was saved, I couldn’t discern the voice of the Lord and there was absolutely no change in my heart. I felt like a complete hypocrite and although I tried my best to be a better person for the Lord and all those I love, there was no change whatsoever in my heart. Furthermore I experienced a void of the true life and peace and resurrection power of Jesus Christ in my soul.
What was even more concerning was that I was not at all spiritually growing in the wisdom, knowledge and understanding of God, and there was a hunger in my heart after the true righteousness of Jesus Christ. I wanted to understand how to walk my walk of faith according to the terms and conditions God has set for my faith and worshipping Him, so that my faith would be pleasing and acceptable in His sight. I came to a place where I realised serving God my own way was not working and my “reborn” experience in the church I was in at that time, wasn’t doing me any good. After my 10th anniversary of being “reborn” I knew there was something seriously missing in my walk of faith with the Lord. I couldn’t hear His voice, I struggled with continuous condemnation, frustration, guilt, fear and doubt and I was still extremely fearful of death. I knew in my heart there was something seriously wrong with my walk of faith. I was seeing how the many millions of different doctrines of the many many different denominations were all contradicting one another and causing tremendous confusion and division in the hearts of believers…
The confusion I experienced was the product of these many different doctrines of which many were badly contradicting one another, and so was many of the Christian books out there on the market. Most of these writers said the Holy Spirit inspired them, yet many of them were seriously and grossly contradicting one another, some even to the point of contradicting the bible. This was shocking and I was thinking, “If the Holy Spirit of God is the Spirit of Truth, where did the inspiration come from which led to all these writings that was contradicting each other so badly?” Who was lying and who was telling the truth?
God is not the author of confusion and God cannot lie? What was going on then? The grace of God was awakening my soul to see things I’ve been blinded to before and slowly but surely the Lord started revealing many little things to me every day and showed me how I was being misled by the doctrines of men. I do not want to speak on behalf of other people, but many of my friends who are serious about their walk of faith with Jesus Christ, were at that time going through the same struggles with their walk of faith with the Lord.
Even though I was in church every Sunday and not willing to miss a service, my “spiritual experiences” with the Lord was short lived and I had no direction for my faith. I came to a point where I cried out to the Lord for direction and answers to the many unanswered questions I had about faith and things I could not understand from my own interpretation of the bible. I could clearly see how God expressed Himself out there in nature and there was a sure rhythm and a pattern out there. If God then so powerfully expressed Himself out there for all to see, why was it that I who so desperately desired to hear His voice couldn’t hear His voice? I desired to know that secret place with the Lord which the bible referred to.
Psalm 91:1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
What an awesome promise of God and yet it seemed so distant to me, because I couldn’t touch Him or hear Him, neither did I have surety of my salvation and I was being tossed to and fro like the waves of the sea. I just knew in my heart there had to be much more to faith and Jesus Christ than what I understood at that time.
At the same time the Holy Spirit often laid on my heart the scripture in Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
Then one morning in desperation I cried out to the Lord and begged Him to reveal Himself to me… I desired to clearly hear His voice, to know His Truth that sets us free and to walk in the fullness of Christ. I asked God please show me who you are and what it is that you expect from me for my faith to be acceptable to you and to bring forth that inner change you desire to see in me? I never truly knew the true peace of God and neither did I have true confidence in my walk of faith with Jesus Christ till then. I wanted my walk of faith with Lord Jesus Christ to be alive and living.
After my outcry to the Lord, one of the first and most amazing things that happened to me was that the Holy Spirit laid it on my heart to be baptised. I was confused because I was baptised in water long before that, this was at the time I first experienced the call of God’s grace knocking on the door of my heart. The more I prayed for understanding concerning this matter, the more the Spirit started breaking open to me things I never understood before. Then the Lord revealed to me that I had to be baptised in the Holy Spirit. I asked the Lord what this meant and how I would know for certain that I was baptised in the Holy Spirit, because at that time I thought I was baptised already. Then one winters morning not long after that while in my house praying, I experienced a tremendous heat upon my face and chest and my mouth was filled with words I didn’t know or understand and I heard a voice saying to me “this is My baptism ~ continue to speak these words”.
From that day there was an amazing change in my walk of faith and I have never looked back. I do not care what people say or even if they persecute me about my belief of praying in tongues, I will not give up praying in tongues for it is a powerful weapon of faith for all those who fight this battle of faith on the battlefield of the Holy Spirit. Jesus spoke of this baptism in Acts 1 and especially in Acts 2 on the day of Pentecost… read verse 5 & 6 and also in Act 19 it is clear that the baptism of the Holy Spirit was accompanied with praying in tongues. There is nothing hidden or strange about this baptism for those who are spirit-minded, but it will remain hidden to the carnal-minded. That is why the word speaks of the mystery of Christ that will be revealed to those who hungers after righteousness and will be willing to humble their will in faith to the grace of God and choose to take up the yoke of His Covenant.
The Second Covenant of Jesus Christ that He paid for us with His precious blood contains the terms and conditions for faith according to the perfect will God. It brings structure and function and order to the faith of believers and breaks the yoke of bondage that keeps them earthbound and struggling with their faith. These terms and conditions are nothing strange either, but make living our faith and set our mind on heavenly things to prosper our souls with the life and virtues of Jesus Christ. I know this walk with the Lord because I’ve been in covenant with God now for many years. This is a wonderful gospel with no loose ends and unanswered questions like I’ve experienced in so many of the different denominations I attended in search of the living Lord Jesus Christ who would truly be actively involved in my day to day walk of faith. I was tired of reading about it, I desired to daily experience the presence, fullness, joy and spiritual blessings of the Lord Jesus Christ. Today God surely is involved in my day-to-day life and I praise His Holy name for this.
I would like to mention that this was a while before the Lord first led me to Second 8th Week Ministries and the time I started my studies doing the Foundation Course they have to offer. So they didn’t teach me this, the Lord showed me this and baptised me in my own home even before I first came to study the lessons on the Baptism of the Holy Spirit which just brought wonderful clarification concerning the purpose of the baptism of the Holy Spirit and the why’s and the how’s to use this powerful tool of the Holy Spirit which still daily brings the sweet refreshing of the Lord and edification and healing of the Holy Spirit to my soul and truly strengthens me as I daily go through the trials of my faith and in times of persecution. Praying in tongues wasn’t something new to me, the Spirit laid it on my heart to be baptised and I desired to have it and prayed daily and then one sweet morning the Lord granted me the precious baptism of the Holy Spirit. My baptism together with the holy and ordered knowledge of the Second Covenant (Holy Spirit), was the greatest two gifts God granted me and I will ever be thankful and praise Him for this always..
It was the Holy Spirit that led me to Second 8th Week Ministries and I testify here today that God is most faithful, gracious and merciful to those who seek Him with all their heart, mind, soul and strength. Since the day God led me to this ministry, I have only tasted the sweet, divine and precious things of the Lord Jesus Christ and His Holy Spirit continually directs my steps and governs my destiny. My walk with God is now truly rich and living as never before and I daily hear His voice and I’m grateful to God for showing me this living way of serving Him and being able to know Him intimately.
I have never seen Aposlte Eric or Teacher Maria in person but doing the Foundation Course they offered brought clear direction, discernment and understanding of how to worship God in Spirit and in Truth and what it means to walk in Covenant with Him. I am with Second 8th Week Ministries because I really want to continue to grow in the wisdom of God that comes by the Spirit of Grace and Truth and daily experience healing to my soul and the unfeigned unity of faith I now experience with other saints who also walks in covenant with God by following the law of the Spirit of Grace and Truth.
Aposlte Eric and Teacher Maria vonAnderseck has over a period of 8 years always given me sound and wholesome direction for faith and encouragement in times needed. They have always offered their time and assistance whenever I was in turmoil or troubled. This ministry in itself has brought sound and wholesome direction for my faith. Being part of this ministry has only brought healing and blessing to my soul and tremendous spiritual growth and the things I’ve learned from them has made such a wonderful and positive change in my life and walk of faith with the Lord Jesus Christ. They have generously given me their time and guidance and encouragement many a days when I needed assistance in whichever way.
Unlike years ago, today I have an amazing relationship with the Lord and experience his presence and mercy in my life daily. I have not a shadow of doubt in my mind that I have found the ultimate truth of Jesus Christ and will not leave behind these wonderful teachings. I also believe that there is so much to learn about God that our lifetime is too short to grasp and learn all the awesome things about Him that is why I refuse to let fear of the unknown keep me from growing and do not agree with those who persecute others who teach about heavenly things which we do not yet understand. Solomon in one of His odes said “No way is hard for a humble heart” and God says He will resist the proud… Let it be a thought we’d ponder on and let us allow the grace of God to lead us to walk in the light of His knowledge and the power of His grace that we may stand pure and blameless before Him when He returns one day.
Let us be fast to love and slow to judge, for with the same judgement we judge… even in ignorance… we will be judged.
Genesis 9:16 speaks of the bow that God has set in the cloud to remind us of His everlasting Covenant. I believe God has always been a covenant God, not a denomination God. I believe He is the one who sets the terms and conditions for us to serve Him as we see He did in the Old Testament, and that through he means of His covenant He is again do so to restore the faith and hearts of His people back to the one faith and unity in Jesus Christ… I believe we cannot just randomly serve Him the way we want to, and if we as Christians continue to do so there will be continued division and spiritual famine in the hearts of mankind and believers will continue to slander and persecute one another.
Let all who seek the Lord become quiet before Him and seek His face and as we see the exhortation in the word repeated 8 times in the book of Revelation… “Let him that has an ear to hear, hear what the Spirit says unto the churches” … that Christian people today may all have eyes to see, ears to hear and hearts to perceive the true anointed things of Jesus Christ… the things of the Holy Spirit that brings life and renewed hope to those who walk in Covenant with God. (Jeremiah 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah)
Whether we like to know it or not, or choose to accept it or not, it is through Apostolic Governance and God ordained living covenant Aposltes that God is going to bring restoration to the church in these last days and restore order to His church. God is going to bring healing to the nations and restore the faith of His people that they will again know the pure and perfect ways of the Second Covenant which Jesus established for us by His death and resurrection that believers can again walk in the unity and purity of the one faith in Jesus Christ as believers did in the early days before they started deviating from the doctrine of the Aposltes. The doctrines of Second 8th Week Ministries are not new, they are exactly the same things which Jesus taught His apostles and commanded them to teach believers and go and make disciples of them. It is for everyone who is hunger for Spiritual growth and increase in the wisdom, knowledge and understanding from above.
The Aposltes of Second 8th Week Ministries are not teaching strange doctrine, but as livings stewards of the grace of God, they will be actively involved in bringing restoration and transitioning to the church of today to prepare, purify and perfect the bride of Jesus Christ… to return to her first love that she may be ready for the day of His return when He is going to fetch us in the clouds and we will go to be with Him. (1Thessalonians 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord)
Jesus is coming for a bride without spot and without wrinkle (Ephesians 5:27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish), and like the parable of the 10 virgins, although they were all virgins, only 5 were ready and prepared with their lamps full of oil when the bridegroom arrived and were taken into the wedding feast. The virgins that were not prepared were not let in…let us not harden our hearts to the grace of God that we may be caught unawares, but truly seek God with a humble heart willing to worship Him according to the law of the Spirit of Grace and Truth.
Let us walk circumspectly with our eyes focussed on the Lord at all times and truly seek Him in these times that we may stand pure and blameless when the Lord returns for those who loved Him and worshipped Him in Spirit and in Truth. I want to encourage you to go to the Student Resource Centre of the University of Second 8th Week and especially go and read the many very interesting and enlightening lessons on the Research on Cults website. There is nothing hidden about Second 8th Week Ministries, it is all out there in the open… nothing strange and nothing obscure, but rather life-giving and powerful and will open your eyes to many things that was hidden from us as Christians for many years. I praise God for leading me to find this Ministry, which taught me the most amazing things about the Lord Jesus Christ and truly made Him the anchor, strength and pillar of my faith and allowed me to daily partake of the living things of the Holy Spirit.
Concerning the remark of a “true apostle” I would like to mention that true apostles are apostles that has a measure of grace from God upon their calling to lay the foundation of truth in the hearts of believers upon which they will build the true habitation of the Holy Spirit according to the terms and conditions of the Second Covenant (Jesus Christ). They will properly re-equip believers with the sanctified knowledge and tools of Jesus Christ which the Holy Spirit will empower and make living, and there will not be a shadow of a doubt in the hearts of those who build faith on the foundation (doctrine) of the Apostles, because they can and will provide believers with truth which contains the complete pattern/blueprint for faith which the Holy Spirit of God will testify to… Truth untouched, unspoiled and unpolluted by the imaginations, philosophies and knowledge of man… The Truth of Jesus Christ powerful to redeem the souls of the righteous and daily prosper and bring healing to the soul and to truly make us free.
All honour and glory and praises belongeth to the Most High God who so loved us that He gave us His Son Jesus Christ, that although we were born in sin, He provided for us the way to return back to the bosom of the Father where the true heirs of salvation will spend all eternity with Him in His Kingdom.
May the light of God’s knowledge and the power of His grace bring light and life and healing to the souls of all those who do not yet know Him intimately and have not understanding of what it mean to truly walk in covenant (agreement) with God. Grace, peace and mercy of the Lord be with you all.
Philippians 3:8 Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the Excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,
“True peace doesn’t come with the absence of trouble; it comes with the presence of God”
In Christ

PS: Greg I hope you would honour my request to stop slandering and blaspheming the ministry which I am involved with and please respect my choices. With good intentions I invited you to stay with me and my family for your holiday. I am the first to admit that we all make mistakes in life, I have made many in my life and still often do because I’m human… but I was saddened and shocked to read these postings and see what “friends’ can do to one another, least of all Christian friends and people. It is my prayer for you Greg that God will truly forgive you for what you are doing, for you surely do not realize what you are doing.
Connie:
Thanks for sharing. But please tell me, how is Greg ’slandering and blaspheming’ the ministry.
The definition of slander is saying something that is untrue. What has Greg said that is untrue?
Also how can someone blaspheme a ministry – even if the ministry is legit. Are you saying Erik is a God?
Connie,
Would you have still served God if you had never received a new great feeling?
Even though you felt dry in your faith…do you think it’s supposed to be sunshine and rainbows all the time? What if you never felt or received a thing until the day you died…would you still believe in his goodness?
I have just read all of the posts…..wow!
It is so strange that those that follow eric respond the same way that he does. they use the same lengthy words. when john and I were in this group, when we started to question their teachings, we would ask very specific and to the point questions and we would receive pages back, and he still didnt answer our questions.
If you look at other cults, they are all the same. they all talk the same, they have to because that is part of the false security they have.
there is so much i could say about this group that i would know where to start. I am glad to see others out there see this deception.
I am not sure how much longer conquering love will be up. my husband john is currently serving in Iraq with the army national guard and our finances at this time dont cover paying for our website being up. If it does come down it is only temporary, he is due to come home in Jan 09.
Love in Christ
Debbie Virshek
ps… I sure wish eric seel would answer the questions asked of him. they were good questions. but Im sure he couldnt do it in just one paragraph.
Debbie – feel free to post stuff over here, or get a free wordpress blog of your own?
Hi everyone!
I went to sleep last night thinking about second 8th week. Like I said in my previous post that there is alot of things I could write, and as I think of them and have the time I will.
A few things I remembered last night:
First, in erics account of his prebirth existance, there is obviously many things wrong with it but one thing that not too many people know is that he changed his order in line from 7 to 10. I dont know why he did that but he most certainly did. Up until a couple of years ago he was always the 7th in line then all of a sudden he was 10th. Maybe it was a slip of the pen but he has not changed it back yet. Dont you think that if someone had such a great revelation as a prebirth existance they would at least remember where they were in line? And anyone out there in his group for longer than say 3 years, you know I am telling the truth, but. It may seem like a trivial matter but I do not believe that it is. We have caught eric and those in his group in numerous lies, it just goes to show that they are not of the God of the Bible nor the Jesus of the Bible because no deceit comes from God.
Second, something else not very many people know about. During the first couple of years of our website (it went up in 2002) we really tried to expose eric any way we could for the false apostle that he is, with the hope of help those in his group. We put up on our website many of his teachings and how they do not line up with the 66 books of the Bible. One thing we noticed was his testimony, not the one he has up now, but his original testimony. In it in his account of his salvation experiance nowhere was Jesus mentioned AT ALL. He talked about God, and being up on a hill, and seeing the wind come, and speaking in other tongues, and hearing a voice, but no where was Jesus mentioned nor him repenting of his sins…..nothing. So we put this up on our website, and erics responce was that the apostle paul told different accounts of his salvation experience, and we said yes he did but paul NEVER forgot to tell of Jesus nor leave Him out. The next thing we knew was that eric took down his testimony and put up the one he has now, and he added Jesus all over the place in his new testimony…..he is quite the deceiver. The majority of people wouldnt know that but it is very important to know. Also in his original testimony he mentioned hearing a voice and when we confronted him if that voice acknowledged Jesus Christ coming in the flesh as 1 John teaches he said he didnt have to because he is an apostle and he knows truth from error. In his new testimony, I believe he now says that it was Jesus talking to him.
These are just a few more things for people to ponder. If anyone reading this is thinking about or has been studying with eric or any of his false apostles for less than 6 months, GET OUT NOW YOUR SOUL IS AT STAKE! Do not listen to the warm fuzzy feeling you are having or the knowledge you think you are gaining. Listen to the warnings you are getting from the Holy Spirit (if you are a Christian). Because all the knowledge and good feelings will not save your soul only Jesus Christ and His shed blood for your sins can…..nothing else no other person.
In the mighty name of Jesus

conquering love
Hi Prophet Seel, Connie and saints!
This is truly written in love and with all sincerity.
“The fact that the Church has been in darkness for over 2000 years is true. There are hundreds of thousands hy-brid doctrines all claiming the authorsip of Christ but each different from the other.”
No it’s not true. Just because SOME hold different view points about minute things (wearing pants, to baptize in the name of Jesus or in the name of the father, son and Holy Ghost for example) does not mean they have the message of salvation (for example) wrong. If small errors in doctrine are left unaddressed, they will only grow worse and worse over time and we see this happening in most of our churches. This is why discernment ministries are a good and necessary part of the Body of Christ, as imperfect as they may be. False teachings must be exposed and the cancer of deception in the church must be treated, even if it is unpopular and often painful. Perhaps as we all begin to understand and recognize common false teachings in the church (like binding satan), we can become involved in solving the problem by writing letters (in love) to those we hear making the errors (just a suggestion although many may have done it with unsuccessful results). It is the responsibility of all of us in the Body of Christ to keep our leaders accountable to Scripture and to do our best to ensure that God’s sheep are not led astray by unworthy or unbiblical under-shepherds, especially for the sake of future generations. Now more then ever, Satan is spreading false doctrine and false prophecy to lead as many from the kingdom as possible in the end.
“Now I know the Holy Spirit is not confused concerning the truth and the function a believer needs for the regeneration of the soul and renewin of the mind.”
You are right,He is not confused, but accoridng to the Word it does not take the “living apostles” to show someone if they are in covenant or not. The Word of God the bible speaks for itself and it is given by God and is profitable for DOCTRINE, for REPROOF, for CORRECTION, for INSTRUCTION in RIGHTEOUSNESS; that the man of God my be PERFECT, throughly furnished unto all good works (2 Tim. 3:1617). If a person has Jesus truly dwelling on the inside and if they are abiding in Him, God will manifest Himself to him as he is abiding in the vine, Jesus Christ.
“God would not leave the Church in darkness in these last days and this is why He is raising up true Apostles and Prophets. Remember that the foundation of the Church is founded on the Apostles and Prophets (not pastors) with Jesus Christ being the cheif cornerstone.
Yes, God does not want us in darkness that is why we have His Sprit and His Word. Now as it concerns Apostles Ephesians 4:11-13 teaches us that those gifts that Christ gave to the Church are “to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up, until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.” The point of Ephesians 4:11-13 is that “the building up of the body of Christ” (vs. 12) will continue “until” the church is matured (vs. 13). The first-century apostles and prophets have fully “equipped” (vs. 12a) the church with the revelations given in the New Testament, combined with the Old Testament, so that all of the information the church needs to do its tasks is contained in Scripture (II Timothy 3:16-17). I do believe that Apostles have a place and purpose, but not the place and purpose that the 12 had which is to set the foundation. Jude speaks of “the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints” (Jude 3). The expression “once for all” clearly indicates that the “delivery” of the faith is complete, so that we should not look for a new revelation. Indeed, the new teachings of certain persons (Jude 4) are condemned for this very reason. The way to avoid the trap of heresy, says Jude, is to “remember the words that were spoken beforehand by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ” (Jude 17). Yes Paul speaks of the church as “having been built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the cornerstone” (Ephesians 2:20). But just as we do not lay new cornerstones from time to time to replace the old one, so too, we do not lay a new foundation of apostles and prophets over and over. The foundation of the apostolic witness to Christ and the prophetic revelations which pointed to and interpreted the saving acts of Christ has been laid; it does not need to be laid again. Whenever teachers come along with “new revelations from God,” they are attempting to lay a foundation which has already been laid (I Corinthians 3:11). We should therefore reject the claims of any religious organizations or teachers who claims that the office of apostle as it was in the 1st century has been restored to the church today.
I do agree with you that there is something defiantly wrong with SOME churches and what they teach. That does not mean EVERYONE is in error. I do understand that some Christians (myself included until I came into the true knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ rejecting unbiblical teachings and etc. and am being washed from these things daily by His word) are in a state of emergency having drifted so far from the basic teachings of Christ. As believers we must now begin to seriously take care and guard ourselves by testing and proving what we are taught or what we have been taught in light of scripture and the whole of the word of God and not by experience. We are not or I am not trying to offend you or your school and its teachings. I am just testing it with what the Word says. I was enrolled in one of the schools and there are truly a lot of red flags and warning signs and it does not take a bible scholar to see it (no pun intended). Yes I too was frustrated with my walk with the Lord and being truthful and owning up to my frustration I know that I was not keeping His commandments (I was sipping and sliding) and I was not studying to show myself approved unto God. I went to church to get a fix. There was no true love for God or for the things of God. My faith over time did grow stale. I was not praying, fasting, keeping His commandments (which are clearly written in his Word) and loving the Lord with all of my heart, soul, mind and strength. Yes I did fall for the prosperity gospel and I “named and claimed” everything and still nothing happened. I use to bind the devil and his activity and still nothing happened until I READ THE BIBLE. That was my own fault. I refuse to sit here and blame the church. They are not perfect and neither are we and we should not expect them to be, but we do have to hold them accountable. Anyway, we all should be STUDYING to show ourselves approved unto God…rightly dividing the word of truth. We all have different experiences, but we all have to own up to them and take responsibility for what we could have done on our part.
One of the articles that I read from Eric VonAnderseck also had a lot of red flags. He basically said that one cannot open the bible and understand it and that the Holy Spirit does not teach doctrine, but it only comes by the Apostles (for us today Him a living apostles). I did not have to read any further after this because the bible says, “Now the Bereans were of more noble character… for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul (an apostle) said was true.” (Acts 17:11) Eric Vonanderseck’s entire theology is built upon the notion that we need to be taught by him and his followers and we will not be able to understand or know the truth otherwise. According to scripture his claim is wrong; therefore his teachings are to be rejected. Also his teachings are built on how wrong the present day church is to lure frustrated saints offering them a “better way”.
Saints, by grounding ourselves in the unchanging Word of God and considering it our final authority in all matters of faith and practice, we will have a greater ability to distinguish between truth and error and avoid deception. Until we reach heaven, however, none of us will be able to completely define all truth or perfectly interpret all Scripture, but we can be as the Bereans and search the Scriptures daily to see if what we hear is true – or not.
Debbie: I appreciate you sharing, and pray that God would ‘corner you around’ and your loved ones around at this time with his protective hand – particularly your husband – in the name of Jesus.
How big is this group like in terms of membership – any idea at all?
Hi all! This new teaching about how we are supposed to learn from “apostles” to truly come into “covenant” and abide in Christ is all over the place. You may find the comments about this subject as well interesting as those who are in agreement with this “new teaching” give their position.

Hi again,
This teaching that the church needs to be lead by apostles is not new. Other groups claim the same thing like Mormins and the Latter Day Saints.
False teachers feed on the saints ignorance of God’s Word.
“The New Testament speaks of the apostles as a first-generation, foundational ministry only (Eph. 2:20; 3:5; Heb. 2:3-4; 2 Pet. 3:2; Jude 17). The danger that the church was going to face after the apostles died was not a lack of apostles or prophets, but the teachings of false apostles and prophets. For that reason, both Jesus and his apostles warned repeatedly about false apostles and prophets (Matt. 7:15; 24:11, 24; Mark 13:22; 2 Cor. 11:13-15; 2 Pet. 2:1; 1 John 4:1-6; Rev. 2:2; 16:13; 19:20; 20:10), but never once expressed concern about the church losing its way with a lack of apostles or prophets. Nor does the New Testament make any provision for a top-down worldwide church polity after the departure of the apostles. Therefore, the New Testament does not teach that the church was to be run from the top down after the departure of the first-century apostles. Rather, the principle for the “changing of the guard” after their departure is found (for example) in 2 Timothy 2:2, which says that faithful men were to teach others to serve faithfully as they had done. This description of how the faith is to be perpetuated does not present a top-down, vertical, authoritarian model of church government. Instead, the model is “horizontal,” of older Christians teaching younger ones who would then go on to teach the next generation of Christian leaders.”

This is the last one I promise
Well I looked up this apostles school and these new teachings because I love my bretheren and I don’t want them to be deceived and you all might find these warnings about them interesting

These teachings come form Eric Vonandersek
http://www.conqueringlove.com/apostles.html
Also there is a similar group teaching similar “doctrine” called PMCC (4th Watch)
http://thebereans.net/prof-4w.shtml
http://www.carm.org/perfect/Why_write.htm
As you can see endtimes, these teachings are filled with truth and with a whole lot of error. Instead of bringing understanding it just poses more questions and they tell the studens to forget everything they were ever taught and daily study their teachings and doctine (the Apostles doctrine) so that thy can “be restored to the power of God and the truth of Jesus Christ” and “walk in the fullness of Christ through understanding the simple terms for faith Jesus set in Himself.” They stress that the written word is precept and the written record but they have the living record Jesus Christ. It is almost as it they are trying to imply that the written word is not important or needed, only the revelation of the mystery of Christ that God appointed to only them.
Miriam,
Hi Miriam. Just a response to a remark in Connie’s letter above about blaspheming the ministry she is involved in. I have been reading a bible dictionary this evening and I was doing a study and came across the word blasphemy. It said that a blasphemy was to offend the honour of God but in the N.T it was extended to those teaching the things of God using quoting the verse that says “if they reject you they reject me”. It is possible that Connie had this frame of reference in mind therefore according to the dictionary I read she could be deemed to be correct.
Greg.
Eric,
I have noticed that you have not come back and answered my questions to you. I have been giving the subject of second8thweek much thought and have come to some conclusions. One is that my endeavors to expose them or it rather came from a motive of deep hurt which I will not go into for personal reasons. I had much anger in my heart for those that have a high profile in the spreading of it’s teachings you included.
But such anger shaped by a desire for justice is not what the Lord requires. Therefore I apologise for any anger or animosity you may have picked up in my post.
Still Eric, I would like you if possible to address the questions I put to you as they are integral to understanding the teachings of second8thweek.
Greg.
Miriam,
I have not posted due to busyness and also through needing time to reflect. I have written to Connie a few words of what I think. I want to say that when I was in South Africa I met many people from Ssecond8thweek and they were very kind to me and treated me with the utmost respect. I was invited into their homes and shown great hospitality. I was in the home also of their three apostles and also shown great hospitality. I told Connie that I would clarify this on the site.
One of such apostles is Connie’s friend and I am sure that Connie feels that I have betrayed her and her friends by posting this material. I have apologised to her for any hurt I caused her and her friends.
I also said that even though I was shown hospitality and kindness I have an obligation to the truth no matter what the cost to me.
Greg.
P.s
Sorry Connie.
Greg – I do not agree with that definition of blasphemy at all. I aim to write a post on it soon.
ps However I am well aware of the distorted teaching on it by the elite anointed so people do not criticise.
Miriam.
I do understand your comment as I do believe myself that I have never come across an instance in the God’s word where a mans ministry is blasphemed. I am also glad that are writing a post on blasphemy in regards to the ” Touch not the Lord’s anointed” distorted teaching. Miriam as I was pondering on this whole subject something was pressed on my mind and heart in regarding to this teaching and it’s this…
1 John 2:27 says.
..As for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit—just as it has taught you, remain in him..
When these false teachers or even real teachers that maybe teach false things hurt the body of Christ his sons and daughters they are touching the Lord’s anointed. False teachers take note!
Greg.
P.s are you under orders Eric not to answer.

I know this is an old post, but the group is growing by leeps and bounds. I know, I went through the first two orientation sets and attended one assembly on line before I realized what I had gotten into and withdrew from the school and broke all associations with them.
They are such nice people and believe truly down deep that they are right, however, what I experienced made me realize that their teaching is a little out there. My first assembly I spent a lot of time trying to keep up, teaching out of the book of Adam and Eve (I had no idea there was such a book). They went on and on and the typing in the chat column was distracting with all sorts of what looked okay for writing and seemed to be uplifting but before I knew it I was not paying attention to what JoAnne was saying and got physically sick, so I believe something was released in her words. After taking a couple of days to really pray, I felt that this was not the place for me. The emphysis on knowledge made me feel like was sitting in a scientologist room, although I had never been in one, that is what came to mind. I had to fight to get my own mind back after just two orientations and one assembly. It is not worth it. I know they believe they have the words of truth, but I did not hear anything any deeper than the commercialization of the churches, which I completely agree with. There is a lot of abuse in the church and leaders have failed their people by not staying before God, teaching Grace and bringing people to the knowledge of you need a savior every day, not just that one time. However, their teaching that only their tools are acceptable when ministering before the Lord, made me question especially when they wanted you to empty yourself of all you accept now and accept only those tools that you are dangling without until orientation is overwith and you move into their specific teachings. I could not do it and when I renounced it and left the school, my joy in the Lord returned, my Faith was restored and I know that I know what I have believed before then and what I believe now is the truth. I am going to stick with my pastor and the Holy Spirit from now on. Too much deception in the church and now on the internet.
Like I said these are likeable people, however, satan will come as an angel of light and probably be very likeable.
I will say this one last thing, anyone who is in it or considering it, remember this, all that glitters is not gold. It is not all you are told or think it is.
Signed a repented heart who is back under the waterfall of God’s Grace. I will never leave it again.
Hi all, I just joined Godtube (now know as Tangle) and now have been introduced to their teachings. Its all many words with not much scripture to back it up. I am writing those that write me but pray that God delivers the souls that are being deceived with their teaching. I prefer the LIVING WORD to the living apostle.
I noticed how “apostle” Joann in the video posted by Deborah, starts out saying that she is obeying the scripture by testing the spirits. I didn’t watch the whole video, as I am short of time right now. I thought it was quite ironic and crafty to start out like that, as SHE is the one exposing something false, when she is false herself. Kind of like that movie with McCauley Culkin and Elija Wood when they were little kids, “The Good Son”. The evil one was always “exposing” the bad deeds of the good one, blaming him, while actually being the one who was doing the evil himself.
I have just come across this today and must say I am aprehensive about THE Chief Apostle as my understanding is
JESUS is the Chief Apostle.
As 2 Corinthians v 5 for shows us that there were chiefest apostles……….plural UNDER the Headship of Jesus.
(For I suppose I was not a whit behind the chiefest apostles.)
Just as there were chief priests, elders, etc
We know of course, the church is built upon the foundation of the Apostles and Prophets and Jesus is the CHIEF cornerstone.
In the Book of Acts we see
JESUS CHRIST
Apostles who after being equipped by the Holy Spirit, went around teaching about Jesus and showing what He had done.
We unfortunately do see all kinds of abuses in the church system as it is today, whether traditional or pentecostal,
deceptive spirits, new age materials in bookshops etc…
meetings not following the pattern of the Holy Spirit’s direction to the church of the Book of Acts.
Too many programs, deliberate pretense in worship services,
to fake it, so it draws numbers. Merchandising and fleecing the flock.
Discernment is well and truly needed in this age so as to not have the Lord send a strong delusion and believe the lie.
Fellowship with fellow brothers and sisters is a MUST.
It’s 3AM in the morning – I’ve just spent hours reading at least 3/4 of Eriks Thesis. He seems exceeding clear there regarding the New Covenant of Jesus Christ.
I’m not used to having to learn a new language so quickly – but I prevailed through.
I understand the great need for new christians and we older ones, also — that you cannot walk the christian life or produce a spiritual walk by fleshly effort — It’s taken me 30 yrs. to really see that – and was the main cause of all frustration in my early life as a christian.
Appreciate all your comments about this organization – I’ll be very careful.

i found joanne creme today. ilistened to several messages. my experience was that she is evidently rooted in the word of God. i had no apprehensive feelings about the messages. she did not quote nor allude to un orthodox writings. at every turn the call was for a true and correct doctrinal stance of the holy scriptures. i found her contending for the faith and was thankful for the experience.
with over 2000 protestant denominations in the US, and over 56% of them denying that jesus is the only way to the Father, i find it refreshing that anyone preach the doctrines of Christ unashamedly.
May God grant us the grace to walk in Love and to seek the best gifts….
love dusty
Dusty,
Joanne Cremer teaches that angels appeared as purple orbs to Adam and Eve. She will not allude to unorthodox teachings untill you sign up in her course. She derived her teachings from the organisation called second8thweek and she split with them but still holds to the teachings.
The term second8thweek is a term taken from the book of Enoch.
She is a false apostle and a divider of the body. She teaches that Christians cannot be taught by the holy spirit themselves but rather the holy spirit teaches them what these living apostles teach. She teaches that the church has been in error for two thousand years.
Don’t believe me but go and ask her yourself…oh and good luck with that.

I have started an apostle Eric info page @ http://heforgives.org/Apostle_Eric_the_Apostate_apostle.html
If any person has experience with Eric and would like to submit their testimony I will post it.
I know that I could copy and paste what is written here and that you can also. BUT,I recently found out that if that is done Google and the search engines would rank that page and this page lower, reducing the chance that it will be seen by anyone.

I would just like to give you my opinion of Apostle Cremer.
I found her sight by accident. I have been enrolled in the Apostle school for about 1 1/2 months. I find her to be a godly sister in the Lord. I cherish her teachings. Yes they make you dig in the word. It is in the New Testament where where you find that strange language. The Apostle of Jesus used it. I never notice the words before, but Apostle Joanne directed me to read the epistles daily at least 4 chapters a day. We are used to the Old Testament that is why that language seems strange. Yes she does direct you to pray in tongues but so do the apostles of Jesus. They say pray in your most holy faith. In my flesh there is nothing holy, only in the spirit. I have a wonderful testimony regarding speaking in tongues and I am 100% sure that it is of the Holy Spirit and it is for all born again believers. I had been asking the Lord if tongues was of Him because I had been feeling impressed to do it but felt uncomfortable with it. As I was worshiping Him he came into my room and in the depth of my belly tongues flowed out. The word says to test every spirit to see that it is of the Lord. As tongues flowed out the spirit spoke and told me Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior. He then told me I was seated with Him in the heavenlies. He then broke addictions in my life. I use to be addicted to cigarettes, I smoked sometimes 1 1/2 or 2 packs a day at that time I was drinking 3-4 bottles of wine a week. Gone, to this day I am no longer addicted to anything. Tongue is for our edification and healing. Search the scriptures yourself and earnestly ask the Holy Spirit as I did to show you the truth and it will set you free. I have noticed that sometime people call things a cult when it requires something of them and they are not willing to do it. Apostle Joanne Cremer always point you to the Lord Jesus Christ. As christian we don’t have to leave our brains at the door, we are not going to agree with everything someone teaches. As you grow you find that you don’t believe somethings anymore and you embraced others it’s called growth. Search the word to show yourself approved a workman who won’t be ashamed. Stay close to the Lord. Not everyone believes in the Rapture or tongues. Chew the meat spit out the bone. God Bless and God bless Apostle Joanne Cremer for bring people out of those WOF and false gospels that appeal to the flesh.
Sister in the Lord
Vicky
Dear Vicky,
What do you think of the books of Enoch? Do youn think they are equal to scripture, do you think they are scripture?
Vicky I urge you to go to your pastor or teachers in your church and make them aware that you are doing this course and show them the material. And remember this, if they disagree with the material and warn you of deception then in Joanne Cremers eyes they are Tares preaching a false gospel.
Do you know what a Tare is according to God’s word? Also, ask Joanne about the Purple Orbs that she sees and believes are angels and then google “are purple orbs angels” and see what you come up with. One more thing… She learned her teachings from Eric VonAnderseck who teaches that the bible as we have it is a lie of satan and there should be other books in there such as the false books of Enoch.
Why are they false? well for one example they tell who Melchisideks mother and father is which runs completely contrary to scripture. Do some research Vicky and go to your pastor. One last thing…the fact she higlights tongues in any form is not evidence that she is in the truth. The Mormans speak in tongues.
Who appointed her as an apostle…Eric VonAnderseck did..and who appointed him? according to his testimony it was by an angel and a dream from the apostle John and a dream from Enoch…God does not appoint men as apostles through angels or dreams from saints who have passed on. Even if they were apostles themselves.

i just looked up the conqueringlove website today and the first thing I saw up there was Joel Osteen?
so not sure if the original website Debbie Virshek had up last July will be going up again or not, but use discernment if you go to this link at this time – it seems to be a mishmash search portal.
Richard,
As far as I know the conqueringlove website was let go by Debbie and John Virshek due to not being able to financially support it. It became a dating site or something like that which is a pity because it was direct testimony by people who experienced being deceived and yet were set free by the Lord from the deception.
