    Forgive my spelling, I”m “afrikaans” and live in S.A.
    I’m not sure if this is the same as the sermon that I whatched on TBN last night (let my people go) but I would like to thank you all for what you do for those little children in Durfur!!! It broke my heart to see how a tear rolled down that child’s face,because he had something to eat.How thankfull can I be for all that I have! Thank GOD! Praise GOD!!! Thank you, Pastor.

  2. God did promise to bless those who bless Abraham. But Christians forget that Abraham had other sons besides Isaac. If we bless Abraham by blessing Jews we should also bless Abraham by blessing Arabs.and his other physical descendants. God doesn’t hold the Jews to a lower standard of accountability than other nations. As a Christian I can’t give my blessing to what the Israelis did just a couple of months ago. They have kept the Palestinians enclosed in a tiny space of land where access to food medicine and basic necessities (like water) is greatly restricted. The Israelils burnt poor Gazans with illegal phosphorous bombs. Phosphorous burns don’t go away. The reignite in the body repeatedly. What sort of depraved monster invented this cruel weapon! How can righteous people dismiss slain Gazans as mere collateral damage, they wouldn’t treat a pet dog that way!

    The Israelis treat the Gazans worse than the blacks used to be treated in the Southern USA. The Israeli war machine destroyed whole families who did nothing to hurt them. The Israelis scared away a hospital ship full of doctors and medical equipment to prevent them from treating injuries caused by ISRAEL. It made me ill just watching the carnage on TV news. I don’t know how supporting such policies squares with Jesus’ teaching to love your enemy. Why do the Israelis sow hatred and expect to reap love?

    In Acts 10:34-35 Peter states that God is not partial toward Jews or any other nation. In Galatians Chapter 4 the apostle Paul clearly warns that God doesn’t count us as righteous on the basis of physical descent, but through faith in Christ alone. Far from extolling Israel as being more holy than other nations, God holds them responsible for their sins just as He would any other nation, In I Thessalonians chapter 2 Paul warns that God is displeased with Israel for crucifying Christ and persecuting Christians. God expects true repentance and faith in Christ in exchange for wiping the slate clean. That applies to everybody, Jew and Gentile alike.

    If Israel wants to improve its public relations she should stop her crimes against the indigenous peoples of the region and make reparations to those wronged by her actions.
