Official Statement from Ryan Wyatt re: Todd Bentley Affair
Thans to Scott of Northwest Musings for letting me know about this statement from Ryan Wyatt’s website here.
For the record, Ryan Wyatt is one of the people who ministered at Lakeland. He is associated with other false prophets like Bob Jones and Jeff Jansen, and I have a few videos of him telling his own sets of tall-tales. There are some people on the ‘Christian’ circuit that you know are sincerely deluded but mean well (this does not excuse them or their actions but…). There are others, like Todd Bentley, whom you know are not at all sincere, do not mean well and are deceivers more than being decieved.
“REGARDING TODD BENTLEY AND OUR UPCOMING BREAKTHROUGH KINGDOM OUTPOURING CONFERENCE IN KNOXVILLE, TN
By Ryan Wyatt
I am sure that many of you have heard the recent news reports about Todd and Shonnah Bentley and the fact that they are experiencing significant friction in their relationship and have separated.
Many of the “naysayers” and even many in the Body of Christ will most likely take this opportunity to display an “I told you so” attitude and be severely critical of Todd Bentley.
[Endtimes note - The "naysayers" being all those that clearly said that Todd Bentley was a false prophet, blatant liar and greedy crook who had severe moral issues. So we are proved right and you prophets are proven wrong. What does that say about either your prophetic ability OR your moral integrity (or both) as many leaders were more than aware of Todd's public and private sin and yet covered it over for him, or kept quiet about it.
There is nothing wrong with naysaying where and when it is justified as not everything that comes into the church is of God - the Bible clearly says this fact and orders to test the spirits and the ministers for this reason. So if we test the spirits and find them false then we with God are bound to say 'NO' or 'Nay'. We notice how many times Bentley supporters keep on saying God can use anybody, and even mention Balaam's donkey as an illustration;- well even the donkey would say 'nay' if speaking for God on this issue!
Indeed the prophetic-apostolic movement are very hypocritical in this as they say 'nay' to any criticism of them. If naysaying and criticism was wrong, then they should not naysay or criticise the critics, but they do, so this illustrates that they are decieving liars and hypocrits who will not even uphold their own unbiblical commands!
Severe criticism has a place when it is deserved, and I do not know anybody who can condone long-term lies and fraud and blasphemy with sexual sin on top, and accept it without any acknowledgement of wrong-doing let alone an apology! Bentley has not once said sorry for anything - instead we are commanded by all the latest emails to give him kisses and hugs and go 'there there' and pray for his "healing" while he gets covering ministry from the false "spiritual fathers" who promoted this in the first place - and covered over Todd's previous sexual indiscretion/s before. I do not think so! Like I said in a previous post "ministry and healing for Todd? You mean more like turnaround of attitudes, repentence and confession of SIN? Why is nobody mentioning this? Instead people are saying let’s all love and cuddle and forgive poor old Todd. What about SIN SIN SIN? Sure he can be forgiven, but he needs to confess his GUILT and repent of his SIN first."
Furthermore Wyatt like all the Bentley supporters wrongly accuse critics of crowing about this - already Fresh Fire's PR machine and its supporters have been spamming websites including this one in mutliple false names accusing us of being unloving and judgmental and all the usual hooey. I do not crow or rejoice over this. I am deeply grieved. Wheras this lot do not seem to really care at all. Not only do they completely negate Todd's accountability and blame it on the devil or God, or pressures of working at Lakeland or whatever, but they lack any real genuine grief for SIN. The only 'grief' I see them express is what this public exposure will do to them and their reputation! Hence all the lying and backtracking and distancing now. These guys do not grieve about sin for they are darkened themselves - darkened liars and hypocrits. If thy grieved about sin and deception their movement would be very different and Lakeland would never have happened.
Also speaking about 'taking the opportunity', look at these so-called "spiritual fathers" seeking to take the opportunity of promoting themselves through Todd Bentley - before when he was flavor of the month, and now afterwards. And all those only NOW coming out the woodwork claiming they had deep reservations re: Lakeland all along! What hooey! And what hypocrits and decievers! The church should have NOTHING to do with such men. I would much rather someone hold their hand up and say "I was duped - I'm sorry" or "I was scared-I'm sorry" or "I did not care - I liked manifesting or my own reputation more than truth - I am sorry" then lie now about their real discernment and intentions.]
My prayer is that the church will pass this test…
{This test? This is not a test in the sense Ryan Wyatt means it. It is sin and deception, another thing entirely. It is not so much for the church to pass the test, as they are not the ones that committed adultery (albeit they did so spiritually but that is another thing entirely to what Ryan is talking about), but it is for the leaders and Todd Bentley to confess and repent their wrongs and go into a restoration process and not come back into ministry – until if ever they are proven men of integrity with a true gospel. I mention a restoration process but in many cases these men are false ministers and always have been, and many are not even true Christians – so they cannot be restored back to real true ministry as there was never one in the first place, and no true call either - but if they are genuinely called by God into a different ministry after being genuinely born again, deep repentence, confession and restoration and radical changes, all well and good after they have been tried and tested – but this process will take years and not just months. C Peter Wagner is proposing a laudible nine months to restore Todd! And this is after multiple adultery and all the sin he has done (greed and fraud and false gospel?) These men do not grieve about sin – they only grieve about sin being exposed and how THEY look! They are not shepherds but wolves!]
and take this opportunity to handle this situation with maturity and Christ-likeness and sincerely intercede for the Bentley family and for Fresh Fire Ministries.
{It takes more than intercession. True Maturity and Christlikeness means public rebuke and renouncement of the sin and the minister and public shunning where there is no repentence – and remember it is repentence for all the false prophecy, lies etc not just his multiple sexual indiscretions.]
Let’s not be like the ones that celebrated Jesus when he made a triumphant entry into Jerusalem and then days later said, “Crucify Him!”
{Wow! Comparing a brazen liar and greedy manipulator and false prophet and fraud to Jesus? Wow!
Todd is not being ‘crucified’ – if anything most are not calling for any accountability at all. But accountability for sin is hardly crucifixtion!
Todd has had no triumphal entry into the holy city as he is part of the outside of the camp, the darkness.
Note also that we are not like the ones who called on Barabus, because we have not suddenly turned on Todd because of his “personal issues” – I was always against Todd, even before Lakeland, because he was obviously a demonically influenced liar, false prophet and greey and evil charlatan. There is thus no hypocrisy on my part.
If anything the apostolic-prophetic movement are being the hypocrits in this, as many have now publically distanced themselves from Todd and have hung him out to dry for their own ends – but for all the wrong reasons without any righteousness or truth being involved – for many knew this stuff before and allowed him to minister just as there is sin in others in the camp too that is regularly covered-up. They are the ones turning on and ‘crucifying’ Todd – not the critics.]
I also want to say that, although the Bentley family is having a very hard time, this situation absolutely does not invalidate the Lakeland, Florida Outpouring.
[A hard time of their own making - both him and Shonnah, it should be stated. The kids I feel sorry for. But not the parents. For years they wilfully deceived and cheated and allowed deep blatant deception to be perpetuated. Both of them.
Although sexual sin in itself does not invalidate something being of God or not, it does raise many serious questions about whether it is of God. And of course let us not forget that Lakeland was invalidated anyway, weeks before this personal stuff came out, and so this personal stuff is a deflectionary smokescreen to hang Todd Bentley while saving Lakeland and the apostolic-prophetic movement.
Questions Raised:
- One has to ask why, in somebody allegedly in the glory and healing anointing practically 24/7 under an open heaven, with a portal overhead, as Todd claimed, with numerous healing angels on tap, why he and his marriage was not healed.
- Why something of God is blamed for causing or excarbating the marriage problems - as has been claimed? Even when it is evident this is not the truth anyway.
- One wonders what "anointing" the minister is in to repeatedly sin in this way, or whether he is of God, based on I John - especially given there is no repentence now.
- When the minister claims that God and the anointing/impartation has imparted to him instant character and holiness, and boasts he is so anointed and gifted because he has such a pure heart, and when prophets declare wondrous things about him and his character - and this is evidently not the truth - it raises questions as to the truth of any of the goings on at Lakeland, the anointings, the prophecies and the prophets.
- When the leader boasts from the platform and falsely testifies to his marriage being saved and restored, and even falsely testifies to it in June 23rd to the Wagners. it calls into question anything the leader says that God does through Him and in Him.
- When the revival leaders (not just Bentley) are proven to have lied and covered up it raises questions - and when they lie and cover up now, ditto.
- When the prophets claim to have not known, ditto.
- When at least two people from Bentley's ministry have committed adultery with him, it raises questions as to the integity of the ministry as a whole, its people and the anointing and whether they are of God.
- The lies, coverups and fraud re his personal life are just one more sign, and testifier, of the ongoing lies, coverups and fraud re other aspects of the ministry.
But crucially, Lakeland is invalidated scripturally and has been from the beginning. Whether Todd lived a monk like life or not does not change the lies, fraud, greed, false prophecy, blasphemy and false teaching that went on there. Not just from Bentley's mouth. But from Ryan Wyatt's mouth, Steve Strader's mouth, Bob Jones' mouth, David Tomberlin's mouth etc. Do not forget why the Lakeland tent folded long before the prophesied time. It folded because Todd Bentley was exposed as a fraud and a liar and there were no documented healings.]
This outpouring could never have been manufactured by the hands of man no matter how many networks broadcast it around the world.
{That is just what happened. It was manufactured and we have proof of the hype from the first few days! It was based on hype, lies and deceit.]
If Todd Bentley were able to do this on his own then he would have done it years ago.
{No he did not do Lakeland on his own. Many were complicit in the deception including you, Ryan Wyatt. But it should be stated that Todd has been doing the same stuff – lying, practicing charltanism and falsely prophesying and claiming to spearhead revivals – for years. Lakeland was on a bigger scale, that’s all – and had an expensive PR firm involved from the start as well as the false apostate God TV, and the orchestration and backing of C Peter Wagner’s false apostles and its prophets even before the start.]
This outpouring was and still is a genuine move of God in which countless thousands of lives have been forever touched and changed!
{Uh Huh – so you say without any proof. God does not lie though. Nor does He contradict himself or give lying signs and wonders and lying prophecies. So how was it of God?
Touched and changed is right – for the worse!]
All of this being said, Abiding Glory Ministries and Ryan and Kelly Wyatt strongly believe in the priority and importance of marriage and family. For this reason, I have decided not to have Todd minister at our upcoming conference in September entitled, Breakthrough Kingdom Outpouring.
{Oh what a hypocrit! Ryan, you do not care about lying though do you as I have seen you bring out some porkers of your own, as well as supporting Todd’s!}
I love Todd as a friend and will always stand by him through both good and bad times. At this time, on both a ministry and a personal level, I feel that this is an important time for Todd to take a sabbatical and seek the touch of God in this unfortunate situation.
{Being exposed for fraud and not keeping his trousers up and being booted out of ministry is not taking a “sabbatical”! At least we have yet more indication what his last “sabbatical” was about!
“I love Todd as a friend and will always stand by him through both good and bad times” is also not the biblical way of dealing with unrepentent sinners and false prophets as Todd is . The Bible says to have nothing to do with them. Yet Ryan is a false prophet himself so…..it is time for him to repent of his own deceptions and get right with God.]
Even though Todd Bentley will not be joining us, the Breakthrough Kingdom Outpouring Conference, September 24-27 in Knoxville, TN will continue as planned. We are incredibly excited about this gathering, as people have already registered from all over the USA and even the world. You will experience incredible teaching and ministry as well as a display of the kingdom with miracles, signs and wonders following! Don’t miss it!
{Money making venture. Would not want to miss that would you?]
Our speaker and worship leader lineup is Ryan Wyatt, Bob Jones, Bill Hamon, Rick Pino and Vince Gibson. The only change that has been made is the addition of another incredibly anointed speaker. To see all the details and to find out who our surprise speaker is, just click the link below.
{Anointed for what? To Decieve? To lead to another Jesus and another Gospel? Anointed for False prophecy? Bob Jones was the key false prophet re Lakeland….does he hold any accountability at all or will his false prophecies be continued to be upheld on the circuit – even though he is proven wrong in this? What does this say about this movement’s love of truth? Back to normal. Hang Todd out to dry and carry on back to the same fraudulent lying business. Wow!]
We look forward to joining with you in Knoxville as we go to new depths and new heights with Jesus!
{Heights of what – deception? The Lord rebuke you Ryan Wyatt and all those associated with you! May you get the come-uppance you rightly deserve – and not before time!]
Blessings,
Ryan Wyatt
Abiding Glory MinistriesPlease believe with me that God will invade these circumstances and restore Todd and the Bentley family to a place of wholeness and fruitfulness.”
{Why would I believe this, when I know that Todd is unrepentent and I believe is a son of perdition destined for the lake of fire? Do I wish that he repents, oh yes – do I think he will though? Not a chance. He knows the god he serves.]
Kicking a woman in the face doesn’t shock church leaders – Todd Bentley’s affair does!
By Duncan Forbes from here which I could not agree with more.
“Todd Bentley’s website yesterday revealed that
Todd Bentley has entered into an unhealthy relationship on an emotional level with a female member of his staff. http://www.freshfire.ca/index.php?Id=1
A number of church leaders who endorsed Bentley have expressed shock at this ‘emotional affair’ and separation from his wife. It is amazing to me that church leaders would be shocked by this, but were not shocked by his self glorifying teaching, angel worshiping antics, and violent attacks including kicking a woman in the face, knocking a man’s tooth out, and leg dropping a pastor? (as can be demonstrated if you look through this blog under ‘false teaching’).
What does it say about the present state of affairs when church leaders will endorse a false prophet such as Todd Bentley, and are only disturbed when they hear he is cheating on, and has separated from his wife ?(I consider an ‘emotional affair’ is still cheating). It seems that they view marriage as more important than the gospel. How sad that so many put up with hearing a false gospel, as Paul said to the Corinthians:
2 Corinthians 11:4 For if someone comes and proclaims another Jesus than the one we proclaimed, or if you receive a different spirit from the one you received, or if you accept a different gospel from the one you accepted, you put up with it readily enough. (ESV)
I think we need to ask the question, which is worst? Preaching a different Jesus, and a false gospel? Or breaking up a marriage? Scripture says that both are sins, but the former is far worse.
Galatians 1:6 I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel– 7 not that there is another one, but there are some who trouble you and want to distort the gospel of Christ. 8 But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed. 9 As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be accursed. (ESV)
Preaching a false gospel is worse than divorce, worse than adultery, worse than abortion. Scripture teaches:
Matthew 18:6 but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea. 7 “Woe to the world for temptations to sin! For it is necessary that temptations come, but woe to the one by whom the temptation comes! (ESV)
Some say that right now is not the time to point the finger at Todd Bentley. Some say we should just pray. But this kind of thinking implies that marriage is more important than the gospel? Of course we should pray, and especially for Bentley’s young children. But we should also evaluate our priorities. Is the Gospel as important to us as it was to Paul? Do we believe that those who preach a false gospel should be accursed! If so, then we should pray for more than Bentley’s marriage. We should pray for his soul, and we should pray for all of the church leaders who endorsed him, and all of those leaders who kept quiet for fear of unpopularity. And we should pray for those who have taken part in this revival – that they would know the truth, and that the truth would set them free. And we must contend for the gospel, and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ who died and rose again.
Jude 3 Beloved, although I was very eager to write to you about our common salvation, I found it necessary to write appealing to you to contend for the faith that was once for all delivered to the saints. (ESV)”
Robert Ricciardelli on Todd Bentley’s “Moral Failure” & Being A “Pathological Liar”
Thanks to ‘Face’ for sending me this information of the Robert Ricciardelli recent posting on Lakeland:
“Robert’s Weekly Pondering (by Robert Ricciardelli)
Todd Bentley’s moral failure was publically exposed this week. There is more that has come forth from young women and pastors from his home town and around the world, so more information should be forthcoming, unfortunately.
{Endtimes comment – This is not a surprise at all to those who discerned exactly what Todd Bentley was like.]
We have tried to be wise in our reporting, as we felt compelled to report because so many questions were being asked and so many were being influenced by wrongful doctrine and untruthful claims.
{Compelled to report AFTER the event? This is just so hypocritical – if he was so “compelled”, or so “wise”, he would have spoken out in April or even before April as Todd was well known on the aspotolic-prophetic circuit long before April… as it is, Ricciardelli only publically spoke out when Bentley was already exposed and brought down. Ricciardelli had MONTHS to speak out and did not before then. This concerns me greatly.]
Many leaders have been deceived and so we know the deception was very powerful, even though many of us were wondering how so many had been caught up in it.
{Because key people condoned it, and the others either did not speak up or slandered those sounding the alarm as being “religious” and “divisive” and “Unloving” etc.
Many refused to listen to the obvious warnings as they loved manifesting far more than truth, or are biblically illiterate thanks to biblically illiterate experience-led leaders. Many other leaders are corrupt and care more about their image, offerings and numbers than the truth. Coverups are sadly the norm in this type of environment.
Discernment is never taught in most churches, or it is expected as being only the pastor’s job, so the people do not, will not, discern for themselves.
The truth crucially is that what happened at Lakeland was not unique to Lakeland. If Lakeland is properly recognised for what it was, and is corrected then the whole apostolic prophetic movement comes toppling down – as well as others on the outskirts like Rodney Howard Browne and Benny Hinn etc. Lakeland was very hyped, and more extreme in some respects, but is no different than what has been happened for YEARS on the charismatic apostolic-prophetic circuit. Todd Bentley has been doing the same stuff for years. Many other decievers too. Thus the deception is not about four mounths worth of deception from April to August, it is about fourteen plus years of deception from the Toronto Blessing to which the mainfestations and prophecies and apostles connected to Lakeland are linked, and years before 1994 to the Kansas City Prophets, and before that to 1950s Latter Rain, and before that to other heresies and bad practices passed down for centuries.]
Lakeland was not revival, but there were many who made the journey who were touched. The question was, how could that be? Well we know that God inhabits the praises of His people and there were many who came to worship Him in the Lakeland meetings. Many came expecting, and God met them in their expectation of Him. There were claims of the dead raised and other extravagant miracles, and this simply did not happen. Some people were healed and many were touched in the worship. We have seen in the past from Ted Haggard, William Branham, Paula White, etc., that results can happen regardless of the character and lifestyle of those from the platform. Todd’s lifestyle, character, doctrine, methods, etc., often did not line up with the Word of God and that is why there was such a schism in the charismatic church. Those that supported Lakeland and felt touched and those of us that were watching in shock as we seemed to be watching a completely different story.
We have asked leaders to not put a spin on their involvement and to consider acknowledging that they were duped. I have been duped before and will be again. I was fortunate that on this occasion, we had information early on of the deception that was going on.
[endtimes - so why on earth did Ricciardelli only speak out AFTER Todd Bentley was already exposed? He has confessed elsewhere he considered it demonic from the start and has also expressed some key things he was witness to that proved even more the fraudulent nature of the revival that was no real revival at all.... yet he did not speak it til after the ABC Nightline report brings Bentley down.]
We witnessed how this was in fact perpetrated by man, for man’s agendas.
{This we knew from the start. Their prophets made it very plain Lakeland was about the elevation and putting into place of the Latter Rain apostles’ government, and the call to the rise of the blasphemous Manifestation of the Sons of God.
Please let us know what some of these specific agendas are though from your perspective, apostle Ricciardelli? Apart from another obvious one – money.]
We shared this with many of leaders involved, and many would not listen.
{This may well be true – ‘WE ‘being who as well as Ricciardelli? The leaders ‘involved’ are of course denying and backtracking and distancing themselves from the trouble at the moment. But, regardless of who Ricciardelli did and did not warm among the elite, Ricciardelli’s reponsibility if the leaders did not listen and did not repent was to publically expose them and warn the public about them. This he did not do until after the fraud was already exposed, (and then only warning about Todd Bentley, nobody else – why does he not name the leaders?) - the same fraud that Ricciardelli was overseeing, and kept silent about, by his own admission.
Many would view a whistleblower after the event as no true shepherd with any true care at all about the flock, but as one only trying to save his own neck. After all, he is giving away nothing really, and the enemy gives no real ground, if Todd is already exposed by others!
Why did Ricciardelli not go PUBLIC rather than allegedly express his concerns only to the inner elite as it was the PUBLIC that most needed warned, not the inner elite who are as corrupt as Bentley, it nor more so? They are the ones that should be named and shamed.]
Instead they warned us to not come against Todd Bentley, his lifestyle, his methods, or his doctrine, because he was God’s choice to mess with our religion.
{I would appreciate more facts as to who ‘US’ is and what the apostles knew then that they deny knowing now, as I well know the leaders are as guilty as Bentley in this, if not much more so.]
We were called “revival police”, and other names for asking questions.
{Uh huh? And this was when exactly? After you came out with your information after Todd was already exposed? Or before? And where was your support or identification with the others called the revival police before?]
The fact was that they needed revival police, because there was criminal activity going on. Todd should have been arrested for assault when he kicked a sick man to the ground in Jesus name.
{And you spoke out and called the police about this, when?]
I am hoping that those leaders who supported Lakeland and used the same platform for gain would come forth and admit that they either were too concerned with their own agendas to listen to those who warned them of such things, or they simply just missed it.
{Or that they were corrupt and had no interest to speak out until it suited them and they could gain – corruption before and corruption afterwards!]
God TV has an enormous responsibility in all this and ignored wisdom from many leaders regarding this.
{Many leaders? MANY leaders? Where were these leaders please before Todd was exposed? Very, very few people, let alone leaders, spoke out THEN publically (except against the critics) or used their wisdom THEN to warn others.
Anyone can claim to have done this among the inner circle after the event – but even if this is really true, it just does not wash with me - millions of sheep were not looked after at the time they most needed looking after, and were led to slaughter while the pastors kept quiet. A shepherd who truly cared would not just rebuke God TV for broadcasting this fake revival but would warn the public. At the moment this statement looks like public backtracking, face saving and distancing – which anyone can do in hindsight and is hypocritical to say the least bearing in mind all the evidence.]
At the time of this writing, many have back pedaled claiming that they did not lay hands on Todd, or endorse him. It would be refreshing if they came out and said, I am so sorry, please forgive us for our blindness in these matters.
{It was not ‘blindness’ and Ricciardelli must already know well this. He has already said earlier that he told the leaders involved the fraud, lies and personal sin, and they were not interested. So they knew and did not do anything but support themselves and seek to gain from it!
But also I have not once heard an apology, or a personal acknowledgement of wrong-doing from Ricciardelli for his direct involvement, or his silence.]
And also ask Todd for forgiveness in using his platform, rather than having Todd come down from the platform for the ministry and healing that was needed.
{Ministry and healing for Todd? You mean more like turnaround of attitudes, repentence and confession of SIN? Why is nobody mentioning this? Instead people are saying let’s all love and cuddle and forgive poor old Todd. What about SIN SIN SIN? Sure he can be forgiven, but he needs to confess his GUILT and repent of his SIN first!]
If you have talked to the people who have been hurt by this violence and abuse, you would understand the frustration from many of us. When we questioned staff members, and former staff members about Todd, many used the same words to describe him, “Pathological Liar”.
{Yes that is obvious, as I (and others) have recorded numerous of his lies – that others are complict with including his staff, associated prophets and apostles, his publisher etc makes them liars and/or supporters of a patholigal liar.
And just where were these staff members or former staff members? Where was there testimony then or indeed now? Either they are still getting paid by Fresh Fire and knowingly supported an unholy man and liar in an unholy and lying revival, and willingly bore false witness, or they were keeping quiet working somewhere else. Why – were they paid off or do they just not care? When have they ever spoken up? Perhaps some will sell their story now to the National Enquirer and make a buck or two and make themselves out to be the innocent victims in all this – any way to save their necks!
This is corruption and says much about the ministry calibre of these people. At least two of the staff have had extra-marital affairs with Todd as well – where is their conscience, their morality? Let alone their holiness! It speaks much about the “anointing” that is on THEM as well as on Todd Bentley.]
These lies in the guise of ministry and Todd’s behind the scenes lifestyle made it difficult for his board and others to discern.
{Difficult to discern Todd? Oh please, the man is blatant and transparent and is easy to discern. But even if he were not so blatant, there are the spiritual gifts of prophecy, wisdom and discernment and distinguishing of spirits.]
I have gotten emails wondering if I am happy now that Todd has been caught in an affair, (see message from Todd’s board). We are not happy about this, it has been sickening and impacts us all. I am saddened for him, for his family, for the other woman, and for all of those who have been hurt through this process and Todd’s lifestyle. I pray for repentance, I pray for mercy, I pray for reconciliation and I pray for total exposure so that Todd can finally get the deliverance and healing he needs. This did not happen 3 years ago, and this led to this sad moment.
{Because people like Bill Johnson covered up after him. Ricciardelli is also agreeing that when Todd withdrew from ministry for a “sabbatical” for around six to nine months some years ago, it was due to the same kind of sin rather than burnout or sickness.
Also Todd being able to keep his trouser zip buttoned up is not the key issue here. It is one of many. The key one being that Todd needs to repent of ALL his ons, come to faith, be renewed and come to really know God!]
I would like to thank all the brave souls out there that stood for righteousness, holiness, and reverence towards the things of God. One man whom I love and respect is Lee Grady. He has been guarded and only released responsibly needed information
{No Grady has not been responsible in this. If he were, the information he was privy to would have been released when it really mattered, not long after the event – if it will be at all. He has perpetuated the deception by supporting it and promoting it, and is continuing to perpetuate deception now by elevating the false apostles that seek to gain from this.]
… and he did so in the love of God, and the love of the truth of His Word.
{He did what the apostles told him to more like, as he and Steve Strang are pointing to the apostles’ agenda in this, and have done so repeatedly with their cries “Come under them and let the church spiritual fathers fix this!” If Grady loved truth and the word he would not have spoken as he did for months while actively supporting Lakeland, not called for “unity in a divisive season”, nor called for the apostles, not called critics of Lakeland “mean-spirited” unloving heresy hunters (and worse) and certainly not appealed to false unbiblical apostles that Grady, Strang and Ricciardelli are part of!]
My prayer is that we could all learn from this. It could happen to any of us, if we refuse to walk humbly in the fear of God. We must also choose to walk with those around us that that will provide relational accountability, get in our face when they need to, and encourage us towards righteous living before God and man. Todd has a chance now to be whole for the first time in his life and that is what we should all pray for. We should also pray for a miracle in his family and also for the charismatic church to walk in plumb line truth of God’s Word. We also pray for the church to rid themselves of the self pleasure pursuit of signs and wonders, and adrenaline rush experience, and instead pursue King Jesus and His righteousness in every aspect of our lives. As they die to self, and serve others, they will see signs and wonders follow their lifestyles of obedience while living in His presence.”
