Whatever one thinks about “women’s rights” and abortion, how any human human being can think that it is OK to kill an aborted baby that is born alive  and is viable is absolutely beyond me.

  1. Oh Dear God! Oh God! Open blind eyes! “Comfort rooms.” I am in tears over this. My heart is breaking! Breaking for the wee ones who are held in a rocking chair rocked to death! I would take them! Why God? Why? Why did you allow them to get pregnant and not me?! They kill their babies but I would not! My God! My dear God! How long oh Lord will you strive with such ungodliness! Such deception! This is as bad as the trains pulling into Autzwitcz and the passengers heaaring beautiful music while the smoke from the furnaces burned in the back ground! Is it not the very same thing!? God will judge this nation of mine for its’ wickedness. They call evil good and good evil! They think they kid everybody with their “compassion.” Their compassion is as vile as the nazis in hitlers’ army! Oh Lord how I hate them that hate you! Oh God I hate those who love such wickedness! Oh Lord how I hate them all!

  3. They obviously believe that each person has a choice, and depending of that choice then the ‘murder’ is on their hands….and as they are outside the Body of Christ, then God is their judge, not us, same goes for the homosexual, it is their choice.
    Telling them it is illegal, does not erase what they do.
    They ALL stand before God THEIR judge, meanwhile we are to judge those within the Body.

  4. If you read the scriptures that say all these will NOT enter into the Kingdom of God (which is within) because those doing these things will NOT enter, nor will the GREEDY and how many Christians do you know that are not GREEDY.

    So you will not vote for a president that allows people to make a choice, but you will vote for one that is all for GREED thinking that gain is godliness.

  7. had a stillbirth at 18 weeks, my son had trisomy-18. I had to fight the hospital here to not have him conveniently-for-them dismembered and discarded. I wanted to hold him and mourn for him and grieve his death with dignity and invite the comfort of family and friends and have a memorial. His life, though short, was not insignificant. When he was born, he accidentally fell from my womb all forlorn and broken on the floor and I will never forget the feeling of horror as I stared at him there. I had so desired dignity to be a part of his death. I felt, this is how God feels, the same tearing grief at his creation being treated like trash. He wants every child, whether destined to live for seven minutes or 70 years to be treated with dignity.
    I had a D@C later to correct hemorraghing, and I will never forget the scornful look of a doctor who came in later, as I was mourning the death of my son. “So you had a D@C after all, she said triumphantly. I just stared at her. I said nothing. She slunk out of the room.
    This is the mind, exposed in all its’ lewd lust for death,of those who love their right to execute babies in the womb. They think they champiom choice for women, but in their hatred of God they are thrilled when the choice is death, and incensed when the choice is life, so caught in their delusion they will stop at nothing, not even to intrude upon the private suffering of a grieving mother. This is the agenda Obama champions. I think that his conscience is beyond calloused, it is seared

  12. I am not shocked; I have heard many cry out against this president candidate. I know a lot of people ask me am I voting and I tell them my position. They look at me crazy. I tell them that I can not vote for a man who supports gay rights and abortions. That is supporting abominations and murder. How can I as a Christian. But my peers look at the fact that he is black. I know G Craige Lewis and others have spoken out against this man. I also heard that Pastor Sherril got revelation from God that this man is deadly to the body of Christ. I am hearing a lot of people say that God showed the heart of this man. With me God has shown me nothing but I get this feeling with this guy that something just aint right!

    What are your thoughts or what do you feel God is saying?

  13. Karen, how very sad you had to go through that. That doctor was shameful.I had a similar experience. I got pregnant at the age of 39. We were thrilled. I can not describe the feeling. But it did not last long. I began to hemorragh at only six weeks. I was in much pain and ran back and forth to the doctor taking the tests that showed I was losing the baby. Unlike your doctor who was cruel, mine was “soothing” and deceitful telling me, “it is not a baby.” I knew better and told her so. I had to have a D and C. Afterwards, I wept for weeks. I had people tell me the same thing the doctor said plus, “Just be glad it did not happen at 6 months.” It would make me angry and I would tell them my wee one was still a baby. I believe my husband and I will see out little one when we get to heaven.

    Some doctors pretend to have compassion hiding the fact they are baby killers. That is exactly what they are. And anyone who would go along with it are baby killers too.

  14. Broken But Healed, my thoughts are the same as yours. I believe he is such an elitest. I believe he is condescending and exploits different ones for his own agenda. People want to talk about “greed” from the other party, well I am sick of my taxes paying for things like gay rights, abortions, the national endowment of the arts, giving hand outs to everybody and anybody who does not want to work and other things. If they did not have to take so much of my taxes I could help my elderly mother more and anyone else I wanted. I don’t see governement as the answer to everything. People have made governement an idol.

  15. Im afraid we have a choice to make between the lesser of two evils! I could NEVER vote for Obama as he is a perfect definition of WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING!! That being said, dont think Mccain will stand up for christian rights, when the time is right he will throw us to the lions!!!! This is very hard for me as I used to be very Patriotic and politics were a subject I would jump right in the middle of! I have however come to the realization that America in itself is a form of a latter rain government. People that formed this gov. thought they were in the promised land, and that Heaven would be created on earth! FUTILITY!! Also take note that a good portion of our founders were FREE MASONS, and thier oaths are first to thier order, much like the Knights of Malta, and skull and bonesmen. I do love my country, and the Gospel has went forth from this country to much of the world. I now try to see it for what it truly is, as every other country on the planet, MANS FEEBLE ATTEMPT AT HEAVEN ON EARTH WITHOUT GOD!!!! If you know anything about the Masons you know that thier god is actually Lucifer, once you get to the 33rd degree. They take an oath to the god of this world and turn thier back on the Trinity!! What Im trying to say however poorly is that I had to take off my ROSE COLORED GLASSES (BEING SELF DECEIVED) that this country was founded on GOD and that its founders were all christian. There is no doubt that this nation has been used by GOD at different times to do His work, usually unknowingly, but nonetheless is just another country. We are to follow JESUS! He must be our first priority! Do not kid yourselves, America will be represented in the VALLEY OF MEGGIDDO! Whatever is left of this nation will fall right in line with the antichrist!! All this being said I will still exorcize my GOD given right to vote for those candidates that come closest to what the BIBLE has to say about LIFE, LIBERTY, AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS!!!   16. I am a Christian who will vote for Obama. I will vote for almost all democratic candidates this time. I am not being held hostage by one commandment; my life observes the Ten Commandments and the entirety of the Bible. The overriding values the democrats espouse are closer to the Bible than the way the Republican Party has morphed.

    The Eisenhower republican party was one of thoughtfulness, strategic planning and would negotiate with good ideas of all types. This new republican party puts party first, America second, pays lip service to God, then DOES NOT OUTLAW ABORTION WHEN THEY HAD THE VOTES, and ships our jobs to the lowest bidder, overseas.

    The only way to correct the Republican Party is to put them in “time out”.

    Obama for president.

  17. Let’s have hope for America. THink of China where the government could force you to have an abortion, just because it’s your second pregnancy? How many other nations are so close to the possibility to reverse the legalization of abortion? Pray for America instead of lamenting judgement. Pray that McCain will win the election and appoint more pro-life judges. Don’t give up on America. It’s a long, terrible battle but we can win it if we would all pray. Pray, today even, for the mothers who are contemplating abortion. Get together with other Christians once a week and pray for America ( or England, or any other country). Pray that Christians who are planning on voting for Barack will feel the conviction of God to vote for the man who will do his best to protect the life of babies.

  19. You know, I wonder the same thing…. How can a true Bible believing Christian overlook the values of canidate wheather they believe in same sex marriage, killing babies, the list goes on…. and still vote ( put your stamp of approval on them) for them…. HOW?????

    To be honest…. I most likely wont vote for a president this time around, because I refuse to put my stamp of approval on anyone that goes morally against the WORD OF GOD, I just cant bring myself to compromise like that. I’ll trust the Lord before I vote for a person or persons that goes against everything that is HOLY!, and classifies themselves as a Christian as well. So what message is BO sending? you can be a Christian and still find nothing wrong with two men or two women marrying, or find nothing wrong with a Comfort Room to make you more comfortable for a live baby to die!!!! That is insane!!!

    I have serious reservations about BO, as well as the others but I know for us in America, sometimes and this is for everyone in the world, we just accept anything, even after having all the fact we still are so eager to accept anything. We stand for nothing and fall for everything.

What if the mother thinks about her original intentions when the child is a few months old or one year old? The “originally unwanted” child can be killed per the “original intention” of the mother is she dislikes the child for whatever reason?

  21. Jeff, no one here says that Republican party is perfect. John Kerry’s wife Theresa sent a lot of job overseas from her own company. Democtrats worship humanism instead of God. Republican party did not have more than 60 seats in the senate. That was the reason they could not outlaw. But they did outlaw partial birth abortion though. Democrats increase taxes and try to follow communism under democracy. They want to outlaw all Christian TV /Radio by enforcing the “fairness doctrine”. Their war on poverty caused poor people to remain poor.

Things, politically, have been snowballing into having to choose a lesser evil, and I’m sick of having to choose a lesser evil. The lesser evil is more and more “plain old EVIL” and the greater is…VERY evil.

  27. My heart aches for the pain I see in these notes. I, too lost two children and one was my own fault. The nutritionist recommended a morning sickness remedy that had an abortafacient(sp) in it that caused a miscarriage! I felt like a murderer. My peace comes from know that God knew it beforehand, and those (all our babies) are with Him. As for all these abortionists and heartless baby haters, RedeemedHippie is right – hate the sin, love the sinner(God help us, please,and heal us.

  28. I know that voting for McCain is voting for the lesser of two evils but it is a vote I will make. Not voting at all is a vote for Obama and I definitely don’t want him for President. He scares me! He is going to raise my taxes, practically double the capital gains tax, protect the choice of women to kill their babies and allow gays to marry. He supports the re-distribution of wealth. He is very socialist. Although there are many things I don’t like about McCain he has promised to make the Bush tax cuts permanent (which have greatly helped my family of 6), he is against abortion and gays marrying and I support his position on the war. He will appoint conservative judges to the Supreme Court. Obama has the most liberal voting record in the Senate. That is not someone I want for President.

  31. I, too, know the pain of losing a baby to miscarriage. I lost one in between our 1st and 2nd children. I was only about 6 weeks along but I had already experienced the joy and excitement of knowing that we were going to have another baby and that was ripped away. It was some of the deepest pain I have ever felt. We have since had 3 more beautiful children and I have the peace and comfort of knowing that I have 1 more child in heaven waiting for me and my other children have another brother or sister waiting for them.

    It breaks my heart when I think of all the people who want to destroy these poor innocent babies. Especially when I think of all the people who can’t have children and would do anything to take care of their children for them. But some people are so selfish they would rather murder a baby then carry it to term and give it up for adoption. It saddens me more than words can express.

I see that there are some here who would like to roll back to the days prior to 1973 in the USA…when women who wanted an abortion had to either go to other states or countries or resort to back-alley butchers or attempts at self-abortion. In that world, women still went for abortions despite the legal restrictions.

    And WOMEN DIED or were maimed or scarred for life. That’s what pro-lifers will NOT tell you. Nor will they tell you that this is still what happens in countries that have banned abortion, that women are still so desperate they’ll practically kill themselves to get the abortion.

    Instead they talk about the babies. That’s real great, except that pro-life concern for the babies stops the moment the baby exits the womb. (I’m using their terminology, because in my mind a 32-cell blastocyst is not the same as a newborn, but they’d have you think that.)

    The same people who call themselves pro-life are really pro-death in their policies when it comes to the already living. They support policies that provide little or nothing to poor women and their infants and children. They don’t see the need for insurance for the poor and middle class who can’t afford it (so a child dies of a tooth infection that could have been fixed by a trip to the dentist, among other outrages, but he was a poor black kid and doesn’t really matter). And then there’s the Iraq war, where it’s perfectly OK to invade another country and bomb the hell out of it, killing thousands upon thousands. But you won’t hear a pro-lifer say anything about it except to support Bush in his war. *puke*

    Pro-life is not about saving the babies, it’s about controlling women and telling us that we cannot control our fertility and bodily functions. This woman says BACK OFF. I’m not a walking womb and I’m not yours to control.

    Go ahead, call me a sinner, tell me I’m going to hell, call me all sorts of names. I’ve heard it all before. But if I make you think for just a minute about the contradictions in your positions, then my purpose is served.

  39. Mirile – what you talk about (though linked) is another two topics. I agree that pro life’s should be more about the social conditions of all life, and not just the baby, and help be there in society on many levels for the unwanted children. But many are.

    Suppose I was to agree with you (I do not, but suppose) that abortion was ok for non medical reasons. A woman say has an abortion because “she cannot cope” with the “trauma” of carrying the baby to term, or possibly the expense of a new mouth to feed. But the aborted baby is born alive. This woman has had what she wanted – she is no longer pregnant. And she does not to have feed the child or pay for it, as others would care and feed. How on earth then can it be justified to kill such a baby born alive if it is viable? That’s what I meant by whatever your views of abortion, this is terrible.

    I read a testimony for some usa clinic of a 38 week old baby in the womb, born alive, AND STABBED by the abortion nurse TIL DEAD.

  40. Folks, instead of picking “the lesser of two evils” and choosing between Obama and McCain…why not vote for a 3rd party candidate? Especially those who say they are “not voting”– vote for a 3rd party candidate. At least your voice will be heard. Please don’t give up so easily.

Mirele, the fact that you are at this site at all must mean that you read your bible,(Im guessing) GOD gives YOU and ME the freedom to make whatever choice we choose to make, however as you well know there are consequences to such choices. Being a man in all fairness I do not know much about this from a physical standpoint, however I am a father and the pain (SEVERE PAIN) I would have suffered had my wife decided to KILL”OUR”SON is unimaginable!!     I fail to understand how someone could do that! It was bad enough watching a crufts contraversey prog and seeing a Cavelier King Charles with syringomelia crying in pain, but a baby crying while being STABBED is much worse! I HATE the mere thought of any animal or human in pain it sickens me!

Another life shares your body with you.

  45. Wow, the hatred that comes from the allegedly so loving Christians who post here. I tell you the hard facts, that women WILL get abortions, whether in a clinic, back alley or self-induced, and I get vituperation thrown into my face. Go visit those women in the hospitals of Brazil or any other country that restricts abortion, then come back to me, ok?

    When I was in law school, the maxim was, “Hard cases make bad law.” This story (which I’ve not seen proven, just spread about pro-life sites as if it were the truth) is the hard case. For that, you’d ban all abortions, including the 32-cell blastocysts.

    Let me be bluntly clear: a 32-cell blastocyst is not my moral equivalent. It is the moral equivalent of some skin scraped off the inside of my cheek or a the cutting of a fingernail. It has potential, but you’d make it my moral equivalent. That’s just unbelievable. Moreover, it doesn’t reflect the absolute reality that up to 50 percent of all pregnancies don’t make it past the earliest stage. They either fail to implant or miscarry very early. Examination of these cells indicate why, most of the time, since they’re gross genetic deformations (usually some sort of trisomy).

    But you’d equate this to my life.

    And none of you vituperative people have answered the other half of the equation, which is how you treat babies after they’re born. Three words: they don’t matter. If they mattered, kids would get proper medical care, as would their parents. (Kids would not die due to an infected tooth.) People would have enough to eat. And we certainly would not be bombing hell out of other countries in search of their natural resources and killing thousands upon thousands of insignificant living brown people. I could go on and on, but the thing is, you won’t answer for that at all, so I’d be wasting my time.

    But you don’t care about that. You care about the thirty-two cell “babies.”

    I also stand by my assertion that it is ultimately about patriarchal control of women. It’s no accident that this comes straight out of the churches, where patriarchal control is taught from an early age. Women are made to be controlled by men, since we’re unstable daughters of Eve, temptresses from early on, harborers of Jezebel spirits, etc. etc. etc. Why, when people come positively unglued over the possibility that one might call God by female pronouns, you know it’s all about the worship of the male, starting with God the Father, Jesus Christ *His* Son, and the Holy Spirit, the *Lord,*, the giver of life.

    This is all of a piece. I have nothing more to say about this, because, frankly, I don’t want to be responsible for the hate that I can just feel steaming off the responses I’ve already gotten. Wow, just wow. Just feel that Christian love.

  46. Mirele – you are reading something into something that is just not there in the majority. I do not hate you, and I can also speak for many others I know here.

    You talk about equity and fairness and justice (and kudos to you for that) but you, yourself, have a very blinkered perspective. When – when – has anyone said they do not care about the child when born – or the parent? You assume so much that pro lifers only care about the baby. Well you know some of them do, but you are more intelligent than that, surely, to think that ALL pro lifers are like this caricature? Did you not read the last posts for example about social justice? Why not go the whole hog and say we all bomb abortion clinice too? I do not think the baby is more important than the mother, but I do think the baby is equally important.

    You talk about cells and so on, but neglect the crucial question raised here which is NOT about abortion in general but the killing of a healthy live fully grown infant (not just cells) just because the parents do not want him/her. The normal arguments for abortion for the woman’s mental or physical health cannot possibly extend to killing a born alive infant, as they are no longer relevant once the baby is out of the woman’s body.

  48. These “pro-choice” people that are so afraid of getting their rights taken away to kill a baby is blown out of propotion. Even if abortion laws are overturned (I pray they will some day)in a situation where the mother’s life is in danger, you know the doctor would save the mother before the baby. If pro-abortionists are so keen on choice then why don’t they choose not to have sex or choose to take contraceptive! In cases of rape, it is not an innocent baby’s fault and they should not be killed because of another person’s dispictable act of violence. I have heard testimonies of a few who were a product of rape and they tell how there mother’s chose to keep them because of their love for their baby. And there is always adoption, there are so many people out there (including myself) who have not been able to have children who would love to give these unwanted babies a loving home.

    I hope I’m wrong.
    I am amazed at the longsuffering and patience of God. In spite of America’s murdering, rebellious, vile, disgusting ways HE has not blown it off the map yet.
    HIS patience does have an end, though.
    It makes me very sad what America has become. I took down our American flag from the front yard a couple of months ago because of what we’ve done as a nation-I’m not proud to be an American anymore, and every time I see a “God bless America” bumpersticker it makes me want to throw up.
