Christian prophecy for the church and for the nations from a servant of God called to speak God's word

Kim Clement – Thrilling and Sensational Prophet

“When I first discovered that I was a prophet, it was thrilling and sensational. I had no idea what it entailed but my imagination sure kept me from any form of pessimism. They say the difference between an optimist and a pessimist is that an optimist sees the doughnut, while a pessimist sees the hole.”

{Kim Clement, from one of his latest offerings]

Huh? Thrilling and sensational?!  His imagination? His optimism?  That says it all [even if we did not know what garbage Kim Clement prophecies]. It says  that he is not a prophet speaking for God, and has never experienced the real thing – and more than that, Kim Clement’s understanding of the Bible and God and His ways is so poor, he does not even know what real prophecy should look like!

Instead he admits he speaks optimistically from his own imagination his own words [explains why he gets it so wrong all the time], and yet again there is a fair amount of self-promotion and personal backslapping going on.

Kim Clement takes the glory and the focus – which is yet another sign of his falseness and the true source for his ‘prophecy’.

If Kim Clement were a real prophet, ‘the prophet’ would know he has nothing to boast of in himself except God. For it is God that speaks the word that flows through the real prophet – regardless of the prophet’s emotional state and optimism level and knowledge and wisdom  – and so what can the prophet boast of, except to boast of God and give Him all the glory – and continaully point back to Him? If the prophet does not continually point back to God, and glorify Him but instead demands the focus - then who has really sent him? Who does he really work for? Himself or God?

If the prophetic word spoken is true and reliable, what can the real prophet brag about, as it is not his own mind that has spoken that word - he has only been obedient and spoken the word of God out. The word did not originate from him! And he knows God has made his mouth too so he has nothing to boast of in speaking it through his voice. Can the pottery really boast and think itself something when it is the potter’s skill that has moulded and made it? Can the piano really brag in itself when a musician plays a wonderful piece on its ivory keys – that the craftsman has made, and the tuner has tuned?

And notice this ‘testimony’ is all about Kim Clement and not God! There is the bragging and all the focus on him. That ‘he discovered’, ‘he was’, ‘he felt’, ‘his imagination’, ‘his optimism’, ‘what he chose to focus on’ - where does God figure in any  of this?

Also, how can Kim Clement say he had no idea what being a prophet entailed and then say he discovered at the same time he was a prophet? How did he discover he was a prophet if he did not even know then what a prophet was?! This does not even make sense logically, let alone biblically.

And Kim Clement saying “he first discovered he was a prophet” does not imply a clear call from God,  or a supernatural ‘pentecostal’ filling and gifting after his salvation, it implies a ‘gift’ inherent in him since birth/childhood that he ‘discovered’. That is an occultic and not a Christian belief.   Yet again I will reiterate, it is all about him  and not God.

Other things Kim Clement has said elsewhere, some of which I have already documented on this site, and other things I am yet to write up and post, also indicate Kim Clement’s obviously occultic understanding and practice of ‘prophecy’. Kim Clement even has an occultic background and his views of that are very  telling. [More on that to come!]

Kim Clement like a psychic [and a bad one at that] ’reads’ [or pretends to read] people and events – he does not hear from God and speak the word that is spoken by God. He should not be listened to by the church but be rebuked. He is a false prophet – and his own words convict him of this on multiple counts. May Kim Clement repent before it is too late for him, and a mighty wind comes and sweeps him off his feet.

  1. Rossford pet store’s vets treat wandering, injured deer, then set it free

An injured, bleeding deer that wandered into the rear of a Rossford pet store Saturday was treated by a veterinary team there, then ran free into a rural area, police reported.

The deer was discovered at about 1:20 p.m. bleeding on the floor of PetSmart, 27161 Crossroads Pkwy.

Rossford police Officer Mark Skala, who responded to the call, assumed the animal would have to be put down.

Instead, the store’s veterinary team stitched up the deer’s injured leg and administered antibiotics. The deer remained calm while it was being treated, then got to its feet and fled, Officer Skala said.

  2. If Kim had read what true prophets usually face then his thrill might have been more modest. True prophets will generally face persecution for their rebukes.

  3. This post actually fits with a lot of threads regarding false prophecy, but, if anyone is in any doubt about the techniques that COULD be used to give what appears to be a genuine ‘Word of Knowledge’ in a meeting etc., the following may open a few eyes. Derren Brown is an extremely entertaining stage magician who makes it totally clear that he has NO psychic or occult abilities, yet produces the most amazing effects. There is a series of video clips on Youtube with Richard Dawkins, the ultimate sceptic, interviewing Derren. You may recognise some of the results produced by ‘prophets’!

  4. where does God figure in any of this?

To Kim’s imagination, Kim is the puppet master and God is his puppet….Obviously Kim is demonized, delusional, distracted by his own desires, debased, on the wide road to death, full of decadence, deceitful, ect ect….

  5. I find that James Jacob Prasch in his article “The Delusional World Of Mark Stibbe & St Andrews Chorleywood”
really does a great job of defining and exposing the false ones of the Third Wave in our midst who are basically sexual perverts i.e.
    http://www.moriel.org/articles/discernment/church_issues/delusional_world_of_mark_stibbe.htm

The combination of heresy and carnality that has so characterized Lakeland and its predecessor counterfeit revivals is a sure symptom of sexual immorality as we have witnessed with Elim’s Ian Bilby, with Jim & Tammy Bakker, with Ted Haggard, with Bentley’s proclaimed heroes Bob Jones & Paul Cain who were launched into meteoric prominence from St. Andrews Chorleywood by David Pytches, and now Todd Bentley himself, who was once again pushed on naive and undiscerning Christians by St. Andrews Chorleywood courtesy of Mark Stibbe.

It is also noteworthy, how much of this sexual immorality has been of a perverse, un-natural, pedophile, or homosexual nature. Bentley is not the only convicted pedophile; the leader of Toronto on the Isle of Man was an Elim pastor sent to prison for sexual acts with an underage girl in the children’s Sunday School, and Ted Haggard & Paul Cain join Bentley with a history of homosexuality. Bentley was not the first pervert, and we can probably rely upon the god channel, Elim, and above all Mark Stibbe & St. Andrews Chorleywood to be sure he will not be the last.

This sick charismania of Mark Stibbe has no relation to any biblical practice of charismata or charismatic gifts, but on the contrary such Christ-less chaos is the sick and twisted lunacy my fellow charismatics & Pentecostals are commanded to avoid in 1 Corinthians 14.

  6. Kim Clement is a true Holy Spirit filled man and prophet of God who repeatedly gives acknowledgement and credit to God and moves in the gifts of the Holy Spirit who he waits upon to hear from before he prophecies. I know this to be the truth from personal encounters with the Holy Spirit speaking to me also.

  7. “Kim Clement is a true Holy Spirit filled man and prophet of God.”

False. he is a money grubbing shyster whose list of “prophecies” have all failed – but even if they were fulfilled by the spirits he is still leading people to a false god.

“I know this to be the truth from personal encounters with the Holy Spirit speaking to me.”

Uh – this is NOT the way true prophesy works. It is for correction/edification, and is usually not welcomed by the receipients.

And a true prophet is hated.

See Mt. 10:36 – “your worst enemies will be your own family.”

  8. Sorry Jola

Kim is 100% false. The list of reasons to confirm my statement of this is a mile long. Please do not get caught up in these false prophets. BTW it may not have been the HS speaking to you. Check again.
