Christian prophecy for the church and for the nations from a servant of God called to speak God's word

Cindy Trimm – Man As Ruler of His Destiny

On the Elijah List of 5th April 2009, “Dr” N Cindy Trimm asks, “What Have You Put Out in The Atmosphere?”  There then follows some really terrible teaching bordering on blasphemy that has no source in the Word of God, the Bible. Rather it bastardises what few scriptures that are quoted, into entirely new meanings supporting very different unchristian practices, consistent with Word of Faith teaching with its roots in magic and occultism but not  the Word of God with its divine truthful perfect source, the Holy Spirit.

No room is given in Cindy Trimm’s article for the all-important requirement of submission to God as a living sacrifice, seeking His will and serving Him and not oneself, from which all real prayer, empowerment and Christian service springs. Nor is mention made of the individual Christian’s inter-dependence on the body of Christ, especially with group prayer. Nor is the continual  meeting together, the continual  seeking on God, the continual   submission,  the continual  obedience and the continual  sacrifices, the continual  infilling and the the continual  dependent expectant waiting on God – that is, relying on the Holy Spirit to equip, empower, to flow and break forth, and on God to move and answer the prayer - versus  trusting and relying on oneself, one’s own might or power, one’s own words, thoughts or actions – even casually referred to. Instead a ‘magical’ formula is promised packaged in alleged spiritual laws – so no need to seek God Himself, or even rely on Him, just follow and rely on these ‘laws’.

Cindy Trimm claims to be a ‘mighty’ intercessor, and a prophet too [among many other titles] so this very basic omission of hers is troubling indeed. Where is Trimm’s call to genuine relying-on God kind of prayer, putting one’s faith in complete dependance on the Almighty while waiting on Him? Where is her place of God in answering any prayer? Or in His ultimately determining every man’s destiny? Where indeed is God’s glory for what He does?  Where is God even mentioned here? – it is all about Cindy Trimm with the praise and the fine titles going to her for her works. Instead of acknowledging God ruling, it is subversive, proud, arrogant, blaspheming man claiming he is ruling as his own god decreeing as he sees fit – “Christian” witchcraft in other words. But Steve Shultz introduces this post on the Elijah List by saying, “This is a good word to remember and live by!”   Uh-huh. That figures. How much lower than the Elijah List go than they have already gone the past few weeks?

Cindy Trimm:

“Everything in the universe begins with and revolves around two things: words and thoughts. These two elements are divine gifts created by God and given to man. They form the creative substance that molds and shapes the destiny of humanity. Each of us becomes the person we are, chooses the direction we take, and accomplishes everything we do based on these two primary elements.

Just as in every seed, there is life-giving power that resides in every spoken word. This principle illustrates how the spiritual law of incubation and manifestation works. Everything you see in the natural began as a spiritual seed—that is, as a thought.

We are told in 2 Peter 1:3-4 that God, in His infinite wisdom, has already given us all things pertaining to life (the Wycliffe version says, “all things of His God-like virtue”) that we might partake of His divine nature. Included in this celestial equipping are divine thoughts and inspired words.

As a spiritual being created in the image of God (see Genesis 1:26) your spiritual genes hold the creative power to frame your personal world by the thoughts and words you think and speak, which are divine tools given for your creative use. All you are, experience, and ultimately achieve can be traced back to how you have made use of these two simple, yet vastly powerful, tools—your words and thoughts.

What Occupies Your Mind Determines What Eventually Fills Your Mouth

The power of the spoken word is one of life’s greatest mysteries. All that you will ever be or accomplish hinges on how you choose to govern what comes out of your mouth. By what you allow to occupy your mind and mouth, you can either bless your life to great heights of success or send it orbiting into realms of failure, sadness, and discontentment.
This is why Proverbs tells us, “For as he thinks in his heart, so is he” (Proverbs 23:7), and urges, “Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life” (Proverbs 4:23). Jesus followed suit by declaring, “For whatever is in your heart determines what you say. A good person produces good things from the treasury of a good heart, and an evil person produces evil things from the treasury of an evil heart” (Matthew 12:34-35).

What occupies your mind determines what eventually fills your mouth; your outer world showcases all that has dominated—and at times subjugated—your inner world. Because the law of cause and effect is continually at work, there is always an inner cause for every outer effect. Your outer world is a direct result of your inner world.

Every circumstance in life is a result of a choice—and every choice is the result of a thought. All those things that fill your mind hold the keys to your reality. Your thoughts provide the fuel for your words, and your words provide the fuel for your world.

It is paramount that you become the master of your thoughts. The greatest man has become so by the scrupulous attention he gives to controlling what goes into his mind and what comes out of his mouth.

So, “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things” (Philippians 4:6-8).”

  3. Yes, Cindy Trimm is most definitely an apostate. Thanks to her, I went on a journey of study that culminated in a book called “the Fake Jesus: Fallen Angels Among Us.” http://www.lulu.com/content/2716532

Two years, ago, I had not heard of Cindy Trimm until a website visitor sent me a link to her website of a video clip. Astounded, I watched an entire congregation of at least a thousand of more people fall “slain the spirit” in waves across the wide room, just by the word of Ms. Trimm’s mouth, as she strutted up and down the platform, “decreeing and declaring.” She was even better than Benny Hinn.

I watched the video several times because I heard her declare something that sounded really strange to me. She said “I thank you Father, that the spirit of the Ashtar is upon all the people.”

Ashtar? Sounded like the idol god in the old testament called Ashteroth. So I searched with the name “Ashtar” and low and behold. A plethora of websites opened up, and it turns out that Ashtar is a fallen angel who first made himself known in the 50’s to a military man, to whom Ashtar first claimed to be a UFO.

To his occult followers, Ashtar is an “ascended master” who serves his leaders, Jesus Sananda Immanuel and Maitreya. Each of about 50 or more “ascended masters” are fallen angels who serve Sanat Kamura. Who is he? He is known other than SATAN!

So then, who is Cindy Trimm? As people fall in waves, bouncing around on the floor of “the church” like they are demon possessed, Cindy Trimm thanks “her father” for sending ASHTAR.

What happens when ASHTAR COMES? Demons attempt to enter them and that’s why you see some of them “bouncing about on the floor.”

So who is Cindy Trimm? She is an apostate. A false prophet.

  4. I have been personally inspired by the strategic (spiritual warfare) prayer books by Cindy Trimm – “The Rules of Engagement”, and so am rather taken aback by the accusations here of apostasy and error against her and her teachings. In the pursuit of ultimate truth from the Word of God and the Holy Spirit, which is our final authority, will this site give Cindy Trimm an opportunity to respond to these allegations, especially the last post above about invoking a demonic spirit of Ashtar?

  5. Hi,

I have read thru comments and I ask this..IF we are supposed to have been created in the image and likeness of the almighty God and we supposedly believe that is whole universe was created from his words. Then why wouldn’t a human not a Christian but human being without assistance of any demonic spirit not be able to create and make things happen with their words.

This is why people call “christians” dumb. You can’t profess to be made by an awesome God and use stuff like AS he is so we in the world and we are his Children etc etc and then have a fit when people decide to do what he did!!

    Speak and create with words.

Look decide what you believe because loads of people in the world today are capitalizing on this spirtual law accessable to human beings. God made humans and gave humans dominion. He didn’t given “Christians” dominion.

Follow the process of creation that you are supposed to believe in before supposed SIN man was a superior being well isn’t that what you want people to believe and the Christ came and restored them to God in right relationship and gave them elevated rank to not such human creation but sons and daughters who should be like the so called First Son Jesus.,

Let’s see he supposedly walked on water, walked through walls called dead people back to life , spoke to storms etc etc.

Please don’t be a joke, humans don’t need to summon spirits to make things happen. Just by accepting who they are as a Human creation they aught to be able to do a whole lot more than just make people fall over.

So get over it and start affecting your world postively rather wasting time with blogs that do what…

Has the blog brought anyone to your Christ and saved them from the hell your saying everyone going to. Has caused some depressed person to better.

Make a tangible difference if with you religion of faith. Read the book you say your whole faith it based on, your so called God and his so called Son were considered wierd and oh yeah didn’t they say he was the Prince of all devils

Get over it…People are laughing at Christians because they are nothing like the Jesus they supposedly believe in.

    People like proof!!

  6. Sheree Chen,

So if you’re logic is true, you should have no problem in demonstrating it.

Get someone to video tape yourself walking on water, moving through walls, bringing people back from the dead and please, while you’re at it, create a new world and universe for us to see…since you’re your own god.

  7. Re Cidy Trimm,

I have made comments on youtube in relation to her teachings. As far as her saying ” Spirit of Ashtar” it is stated that she actually says “Spirit of Esther” as in the Esther from the book about same.

I do doubt that she said Ashtar but that aside she says many things in plain english that cause me great concern when I listen to her. i have had letters from her defenders with spiritual threats in them and one from a niece of her’s who I felt sorry for because she was defending her aunt. Understandable.

To me she is a dominionist teacher and makes great empty statements about what Christians should be doing that she cant do herself. She twists scriptures and puts the power and emphasis back on man instead of God. And she says that JOB had diamond mines before his encounter with the Lord.

To me she is clearly a WOF preacher.

    Greg.
